Medyo complicated eh. Currently meron kameng house loan sa bank namen (BDO) kaya medyo hindi sure kung maapprove pa for another loan, honestly kaya naman ng sahod for another loan. But before that, nagtry nadin kame mag apply ng car loan from other banks (Metrobank and PNB) pero di kame maapprove kasi daw homebased ang job namen/freelancer. Weird lang din na naapprove yung home loan namen sa BDO which is 3x ng value ng car to be loaned. And again, kaya ng sahod namen pagsabayin yung house and car. And si misis, ayaw na daw nya ng hassle since hirap nga maapprove sa bank kaya in house na lang since based naman don sa computation namen, parang 100k lang naman ang difference ng bank vs. inhouse after 5 years, and yun nga less hassle pa.



Could I ask for a discount (on top of low DP) o yun na talaga price nun since wala namang nasabi sameng may discount sila on their units? Or pedeng, meron talagang discount pa silang pedeng ibigay, pero hindi lang nila sinasabi until you asked?

Try to ask for other casa to compare. It must be less the discount first and recompute for monthly. SA will not tell you that as long na di ka magtatanong. Remember sales is a commission basis to earn extra income.

If 100k is so easy to come by, edi by all means go ahead with the transaction as is... Just additional perspective.

Some casa give year-end promos kung di pa sila quota. But Mitsubishi Montero is leading the sales in ppv's this year so meaning marami ng casa ang nakaquota.hehe.

Yes, there’s no harm in asking for discount...

For sure meron yan kasi inhouse... [emoji4] pero make sure to copy your totAl amount paid before the discount so you can compare... mga marurunong yang mga agent, babawian ka sa monthly... hehe...
baka 10k discount lang ang ending though infront sasabihin na 100k hehehe

these guys are experts at hiding expenses.
they can give you a 100K discount up front, but when you compute the monthlies etc, regular price pala ang sum total.
go over the payment scheme with a fine tooth comb and a good calculator.
and have available, figures from previous non-discounted schemes, to compare against.

even cash purchases can be made to look "discounted".
50K discount nga, but the formerly-available free 1 yr compre and LTO are not there anymore.

that is, if you are counting on the discounts to help decide for you, what to buy next.

why are the insurance figures' differences not commensurate to the differences in car price?... same with the mortgage fees...?
are they rounded figures?

Hindi talaga binabalance yan unless you replace your tire or rims

What is your ride before? Remember si montero is ladder type frame, infact from a pickup frame, not comfortable as of those unibody or monocoque type

Ok lang sir. Same with my 10K PMS. Nanibago lang ako on the first ride pero after that back to normal na. Pa calibrate mo na lang ung TPMS for the corresponding location ng tire.

Hi mga sir. Good evening po.
2 yrs na yung montero namin ni misis (2016 model)

Ngayon nagkaproblema kami sa aircon sa harapan.
Nawala po yung lamig then sa likod ok naman.
Dinala namin sa casa ang sabi namin. 1800 daw yung valve something. ( si misis kasi kausap kasi wala ako nung nagpunta casa) then 10k daw ang service kasi marami daw gagawin. Tas 2 days work daw siya.

Hindi alam kung anong valve yun na barado daw pero base on my understanding kubg barado yun diba dapat linisin lang. At parang di naman makatarungan ang 10k para 1.8k na price ng parts na dapat palitan.

Meron na po ba dito nakaencounter ng same case nun samin? Kasi baka kaya i-diy naman po.
Hindi gumagana lamig ng aircon sa harap pero sa likod ay ok.ok din naman daw yung freon. Thanks
