    Mga kamonty yung entertainment screen ko bigla na lang humina sounds, pag radio ok lang... pero pag USB kht max na volume ung sounds parang bumubulong lang... then ung blutooth ayaw na rin magconnect,.ano kaya possble.ma.nangyari?? Montero 2016 gls owner po... kabago bago bngyan agad ako problema

    Pansin ko mas mahina volume ng Spotify vs radio. Wala naman problema, adjust per need. Radio ko volume 4 then spotify nasa 10. Check mo rin sa ibang bluetooth device. Old phone ko LG nahihirapan connect. Samsung wala naman prob so problem is with phone

    biglamg.naging ok na rin yung akin di ko alam.what happnd ee.. normal na uli yung.volume... last time kahit on/off ko ayaw talaga mag sound nung USB/navi then ung bluetooth ayaw rin.maconnect...mdyo pahiya lang nung may mga sakay ako radio lang tuloy sounds.nmin hehe... good thing naayos kusa.. sana di na maulit

    Hello Everyone -

    A pleasant day to all... I just would like to share my experience with CT Citimotors Makati - I acquired Montero 2016 4x2 Premium and was able to get it last Saturday dated May 27, 2017 although 2017 model will be released a month after. But to my excitement, I already accepted the offer of 2016.

    After 9 hours of waiting to include the paper transactions. The unit finally released around 7pm on same day. Just want to be more specific to my experienced i will itemized it...

    1. 3 weeks back, after 2 days of negotiation and came to an agreed terms and condition - I immediately paid full amount DP instead of 10k for reservation.
    2. Sales confirmed the first time on the availability of unit - unfortunately it was reset for unknown reason
    3. Another confirmation - it was again reset to another date and this time i was so kin to know the reason
    a. As per the sales person, the unit intended to me is subject to be displayed first at SM South Mall before issuing to me - i was surprise with this feedback and i actually dont know how to react or comment about it. And i had so many question but the sales person i have is not able to understand what is happening as well. He is 6 months old in CITI and i think he is just new to the business. No network within the company and i think he is not properly guided in which i am happy since the guy is so transparent
    b. After that, I decided to just refund the DP - but it will take 3 weeks to be refunded. This is when i decided i will just wait for the unit but not definitely the one they will showcase in the mall. Got another confirmation the unit will be released by June 07
    c. I received another call and advise unit will be release last Saturday, May 27. My excitement went up again...
    d. May 27 10am - arrived at CITI Motors Makati- signed all legal documents and waited
    e. Past 7 pm unit was released >>>>>>>>>>>> READ THIS...
    e.1 - we went to the releasing are, the unit has full of scratches and unnecessary marking, initially the person who is releasing the unit told that black unit is only like that. My wife reacted since this is not the first time we bought black color brand new vehicles, all other units that we had are black but from another brand. After my wife insisted, the guy mentioned they actually rushed the preparation and advise to bring it back by Monday which is today.
    e.2. The sales person informed me to accept the unit if not come monday, it will not be a guarantee if i will be able to get that same unit. So i accepted it and the releasing person informed to just bring it back on Monday for them to polish and fix all concerns
    f. Sunday the following day when I checked the interior of the car since we only able to see it around 7pm which is already dark. To my surprise, its even worst than i thought. I dont know how to describe it. its just like those cars after Ondoy.
    g. i left the unit early afternoon today and spoke with CITI Management. i still have to wait if things will change once i get back to unit tonight at 6pm. i hope they will be able to do it properly.

    Overall the experience is good until the time when I am receiving the unit. I was also informed by the same Sales person this is not new with Citi Motors Makati, there are other customer who has similar experienced. And more worse, few of them came from the province. I will update again tonight incase i will be able to get the unit. Thanks for reading my notes.

    you have the right to demand brand new unit without defects and make sure not to leave the place without checking your unit thoroughly or else look for other dealer

    If you have patience waiting. My unit has some chirp paint on fender when it was release. Tsk. I waited a month and will wait again if i was not to accept the car. And if i will refund the money it will take weeks to months . I paid cash on the unit. The money will sleep at their account if change dealers. So i accepted the unit. And they will repair the paint. D naman halata pag di mo alam. Besides magagasgasan din pag ginagamit mo. Nakakainis lang kasi bago.

    You should have taken your refund once you've learned that theyll be showcasing it.

    One thing I've learned about salespersons or agents is that they'll hear your request but not really care or act on them. Or worse, go against them intentionally thinking you'd be OK about it later.

    If something is amiss, back off from the transaction. Same goes to any important investment, like property.

    Guys, new owner of a montero sport gls here, got my unit last monday. Everything seems well until 3 days ago, during traffic, gumagalaw rpm ko slightly(1-3 lines) pero ramdam sa makina. HIndi cya dahil sa aircon. Anyone experience similar to this. Tnx!

    hello. kakakuha ko lan less than a week pa ang 2nd hand na 2016 montero. napansin ko ang tmps readings is 2psi lower than my external tire gauge. bakit ang laki ng difference?

    Pwede rin sa casa then the next day makukuha mo na or after 2 days. I go directly sa winterpine head office then iwan ko sd card after 3hours balik ako ok na. It takes 2hours to update inav on sd cards sabi nila.
