Question regarding sa auto climate control.

Pagni-set ko to Auto, nag-o-off kasi yung recirculation button light? Ibig sabihin po ba posibleng pumasok yung outside air pag naka-Auto mode?
Yun kasi main reason ko kung bakit manual setting lang ako parati.

Based on my experience, even after you have set it based on the instructions on the manual, once you turned on the AC using the AUTO, there are times that the RECIRC automatically turns off, I only start noticing it when I am beginning to smell fumes from inside the cabin. Anyways, that's good to hear that the newer models doesn't turn off anymore when you use AUTO, mine is 2016 model.

Read your manual ... There is a process to turn off the re-circulation permanently ... Was able to do this before ...

Also you can turn on the aircon using the Auto Fan switch and not the Auto climate control switch ...

If it's in full auto mode, I think the system will adjust based on inside ambient temp. If it deems it doesn't need to turn aircon to achieve target temp, it will just use fan. True in the case when you initially start your vehicle early in the morning. (malamig na yung loob ng kotse beforehand)

Imagine kung nasa Baguio ka and ang ambient temp is already at 20 deg Celsius tapos ang nilagay mo na target temp ay 24 deg Celsius. Then the system will sense that it's already cold inside the cabin and will just turn on the fan instead of the AC.

Ang problema na lang ay yung recirc mode. Sa ibang bansa kasi, default mode off yun to introduce fresh air sa loob ng sasakyan. Eh dito sa atin, usok lang papasok.

Yes i think thats the way it’s programmed. If naka auto mode, the system probabaly needs outside air sometimes kaya nawawala recirculation mode

Noticed this also sa cruze ko... pag naka full auto if na luha na desired temp makukuha mo din ang amoy sa labas kasi automatic disable ang recirculate...

Manual setting lang ang A/C...

Since dual climate control ang 3rd Gen. maliban lang kung M/T..

self adjustment talaga yan..

sa 2nd gen. namin, ginagamit ko lang ang auto-climate pag summer..

pero kung tag-ulan, mas mainam na manual control ko ang A/C for desired temp at hindi mag auto-disable ang recirculated air from inside..

kung sobrang lamig talaga or heavy rain, pwedeng gamitin ang Heater mode, just simply turning off the snowflake, and adjust yung temp.

hindi magkakaroon ng fog/moisture ang loob ng windshield/windows..

Sa malayong probinsya ko lang na off ang recirc mode ng auto ko. Kung saan sariwang hangin ang papasok sa loob. Sa syudad, puro usok ng tambutso pasok.
