Just wondering... Sa pagkuha ng unit, may option po ba to choose between AT and HT tires?
Parang may nabasa lang ako dati na yung unit niya had HT tires when released by the dealership, di ko nga lang mahanap ulit yung post. My unit has AT tires.

Sir the recommended tire pressure is written in the driver side door jamb. May sticker dun stating the tire pressure for the vehicle

Thanks boss. Unfortunately, my Monty is a previous gen MS. I just replaced my stock tires/rims of the present gen. [emoji23] 29 psi front and 32 psi rear kasi ang 265 65/ R17 ng previous gen.

I was hoping someone can enlighten me. Anyway, thanks

Ganda kasi ng present gen rims, beside palitin na yung tires ko [emoji23]. Bagay naman sa 2013 ko.

Front should have more psi than the rear unless you seat 7 regularly ... front is heavier because of the engine and transmission weight ...

Just learned today... Playing with gt 4wd switch... last asean weekends... nabalaho ako at short trail... then i engaged 4h... ayaw kumagat it need to run a few meters to engage kaso naka stuck ako sa putik.. i ask casa about this... they told me that i need to engaged it b4 the trail... but i want to try 4x2 and 4x4 at the same trail and compare...thats y i didnt engage it... luckily my friend owns a strada and told me to put it to neutral and click 4llc yun pasok agad... the manual didnt even tell abt the terrain on demand .. yun ibang suv kasi parttime lang kaya kumakagat agad... but montero is fulltime and partime in 1

Eventually ganon lahat ng diesel.. may carbon especially doon sa mga city driving lang... pag bigla mong hinataw lalabas yun mga naipon sa pipe... but after that ok na pagbinirit.... yun sa akin hangang 140kmh ko lang napapatakbo kasi sumisipol nayun roof carrier ko at roof led... hehe parang speed warning

Share ko lang my idea...Why engines emits black smoke?... many possible reasons/causes.. pero basic
reason is the engine burning more fuel and not enough air..
Kaya kailangan proper maintenance your air filter, fuel system, and oil.
Sa ngayn dahil new ang unit natin, take note the regular cleaning of your air filter.
Isa ito sa noticed ko sa 5K pms na kailangan magawa or kahit DIY. Sa akin ginagawa ko
once/month using a portable vacuum and clean/suck from the dirty side of filter (bottom part pre filter/main filter).
Ang OEM filter ng monty ay may nakadikit na 5-7mm pre-filter at the bottom part which
occupy around 40-50% of the filter area(est. only).. Its good dahil hindi agad ma clog ang
main filter, but need frequent cleaning than the main filter. Ramdan nyo after cleaning ng filter
ang hatak ng engine. Kaya minsan its better rin yung non-FS na oil change kasi every 5K pms at
nalilinis ang air filter.(advise lang casa techn paano ang pag air-blow, kasi usually basta bugahan lang).
Kaya aftermarket filter feels different.. due to high air flow.
Sa Fuel line.. dahil new unit less likey fuel injectors ang problem, so take care to replace
the fuel filter regularly.. sometime may ugali rin tyo lahat extended. Fuel source kelangan consider rin para
    sa injectors.
Sa Engine oil, keep in with/between high & low hole sa dip stick, at replace oil filter regularly even non-FS or FS.

Consider natin lagi preventive measures rather than corrective...

All efi’s crdi’s are equipt with airflow sensor... so if the aircleaner is clog... the computer will always determine right airfuel mixture... the injector will inject just enough fuel to suit with the air intake volume... thus fuel consumption is negligible..hihina lang ang pickup since clog ang filter...
you cannot 100 percent omit the carbon... there will always be a carbon when burning some are from oil burning even if it is new... there will always be a blowby at acceptable level... when this carbon are produce ..it will accumulate in whole exaust system especially on mufflers where there are so many partition... so pag hinataw mo... the air pressure will push out some of the accumulated lose carbon...

Agree with you boybit! Yes carbon deposits in the muffler is one of the cause.. so it goes like hihina ang pick up kasi air sensor sense low air flow, Fuel inject will adjust... but si driver floor it kasi mahina ang takbo... rpm will increase to more than normal level at a certain speed like 100-120kph... pressure likewise increase kya napapasama ang carbon deposits.. sa muffler pipe... hmmm.
It means bottom like air filter condition still the main concern if no problem sa injectors...
