    Hi mga sir,
Question naman. New member here sa forum. We bought our 2016 montero last week. Im trying to adjust the height pero napansin ko yung harap lang yung nagaadjust not the entire entire seat.so pag gusto ko mataas, yung harap laang tumataas but not the whole seat entirely. Ganun ba talaga?

Sa pagkakaalam ko kasi dapat lahat tataas. Kagaya dito sa pic illustration. Salamat sa sasagot.

Nice pics. For me, weakness talaga ni new fort yung front, mas ok parin yung last fort na may hood scoop sa macho looks, skinny looking kasi para sakin tong bago.

Pero mas maganda yung 3rd row side ni fort, I really like those infinity glass, same sa eve. Sa rear, ang laki talaga ng tulong ng spoiler, for me tie yung rear pag day time, pag night time, mas gusto ko na rear ng mont. Haha. Kitang kita kasi yung tail lights.

Yes mas maganda ang 3rd pero aanhin mo ganda ng loob and the 3rd row if the riding exp is not comfortable like the montero. Mas maluwag ang tagtag sa 3rd row ng fort [emoji6][emoji6][emoji6]

    INTERIOR.

For me yes the Fortuner has much better materials inside. They have the least use of plastics. The Montero although uses plastic but it does not look cheap. It is like a thick layer of plasitc with a surface you will perceive as rubber at first glance. So interior materials goes to Fortuner

However, the Montero is more classy inside. The design is much more complicated than the Fortuner. Chrome accents resembling dynamic shield inside feels great. Even the steering wheel partnered with paddle shifter and control buttons like cruise control, screen control feels premium to use. Match with Electronic parking brakes, push button start, GPS voice speaking in the background for road warnings. The seats hugs comfortably with a soft comfortable ride. These assets easily trumps the Fortuner inside even though it has cheaper materials. The Fort is so basic/bare inside. Boring to for long drives. You can look and appreciate the cabin materials but thats it.

I've seen several FORTUNERS na I think is fully loaded up to 3rd row, parang very noticeable na nakatingala.

nagmumukha syang nakatingala kasi yung accent nya sa third row window pababa ang line, kaya it gives an illusion na nakatingala.

Chrome accents don't last long lalo na sa mga plastics na lagi may skin contact. Fortuner's inside trim are no nonsense barat.. again, it is the Toyota badge that sells it...

There are Tsheeps in lockstep with another Tsheep ahead of the pack

One thing i would thank Tsheeps for is that their penchant for Tbadge made montero lighter on the budget, so its montero for me

Im the type of a buyer who value the concept of "value for money"

Dapat talaga mas mahal ang Toyota. The Fortuner should be at least more expensive than the FJ Cruiser coz it's muxh better. toyota should continue the increase

Even if Toyota fort is bare, i believe it is underpriced. Case in point, the pAjero and what about the Land Rover Defender, it's worth 3M. So primitve inside.

Toyota has a makings of a classic safari vehicle here. 3 years from people will wonder why they didnt buy Forts in 2017. Kasi sigurado mas mura ngaun.

Parang yun land rover, ordinary lang noon pero look at its value now, I see value when I see one.

The Montero, just your regular full-loaded with tech na suv.

And apo mo sobrsng thankful for preserving one anc he'll be proud showing if off with friends

In fairness naman, lahat maganda yan. Di lang Fort, Monty or Eve.

Enjoy your ride Bro..

Hi.

I acquired a Montero Sport 2016 GLS Premium last February 10 lang.

So bumalik ulit ako nung March 10. Ni-road test ulit, this time kasama na yun warranty engineer. So gumawa nalang sila report and requesting yun technical team ng planta to check personally.

So ibig sabihin hindi normal. Obviously, mishandled yung unit nung diniliver.

Tumawag sakin today yun warranty personnel. Ang advise daw ng planta is ievaluate daw ng taga casa by checking yun mga parts. So kakailanganin nilang baklasin which is ayaw ko sana. Imagine, less than a month un car, tapos babaklasin na.

Di daw basta basta papalitan kasi dapat itry muna ifix 4 times as per lemon law. Yun tawag ata is replacement period, tapos bukod pa yun warrantly period.

Hope someone can advise.

Haha you said yourself. If Fort is overpriced, what more is Monty. Even the base GLS has GPS, dual auto climate, push button, 4eye reverse sensor, backing camera, paddle shifter, keyless entry, electronic park brake, 8th speed etc etc.. features found in premium cars and you call it regular 😂😂. Taas noo ko ipapamana ang Monty. Kasi ang design nya futuristic. Parang 5 to 10 years ahead.

Still philippines 2016 SUV of the year! 💪
