    That is a rather lame excuse. Perhaps the cost cutting concern may be more plausible.

    The Strada is no sports car. Weight reduction should not have been such a foremost priority that it warranted development of a new 6AT just for this model. IIRC, prior to this, besides the Evo, Mitsubishi did not have a 6AT in any car in its lineup. It was always either a 4AT, 5AT or CVT, besides the 8AT in the Montero.

    I agree with the cost cutting. they saved 30-50lbs for the payload number. Complete bull dung!

    2019 has better brakes, suspension, powertrain, higher wading depth

    those are enough reasons to get the 2019 version...

    agree, sure madismaya ka lalo kapag prinesyuhan ng casa and 2018 model sa trade in. better live with it kung hindi naman ganun kalaki difference sa mga features.

    Buy n sell din kukuha ng unit mo sir, kaya for sure mababayan tatawaran. If decided ka palitan ask mo muna before mo sell 2018 mo if me stock sila ng variant na gusto mo. Minsan kasi wala ...

    Good evening! Ask lang po ako kung ang patungkol sa 2019 strada.

    1. K&N air filter is same lang din po sa Gen 3 montero sport?

    2. Do the they have already have the cabin filters installed in the factory or do we have to buy them separately?

    2. Yes, equipped from the factory

    better late than never. i have the 2017 gls and it is equipped with TPMS.
    i now only have 2 out of 5 sensors working. spoke to where i got my unit and warranty pa daw.

    will pursue
