Mga Sir, anyone here na ngpa10k PMS na? I was charged P10k++, and when I asked how much yung next ko (15k mileage) they said magprep ako ng P11k wondering if there are other casas offering a lower charge.

Thanks for the reply. Another question for the owners of glx v, has anyone experienced parang "wooooo" sound or whistling sound pag na sa 1500 rpm? Is it normal or do i need to consult my SA? I haven't noticed it before, ngayon lang and my odo is at 2700kms. Tia!

AFAIK, the whistling sound is the sound of turbo kicking in.

The Strada/Montero VGT is the loudest whistling turbo I've heard among the diesels currently available in the market so far, even louder than the VNT in Toyota's KD engines. It starts with a faint whistle at around 1500rpm, a full blown whistle by around 2000rpm and a distinct "wapishhh" sound when you let off the throttle. No need for a blowoff valve with this one! :D

mine is not "wooo" sound but like a knocking sound when reaching 1500rpm. brought the unit to the dealer numerous times to complain/verification, and they said its normal, but i think its not normal. odo is around 10k na, observed it around less than 5k (odometer).

The new Blue Field master is the direct dressed up version of the Aussie model. looks good imho.

It should have better sales, considering the price and engine specs.... The reason for the lagging sales I think is that it looks too much the previous model... Old strada users dont see the value of plunking in money for something that looks like their old rig ( like the current City Vs. the old Honda City).

MMPC should mix it up a bit by offering the 4N15 engine, and some more tech inside.

Agree..

I think adding 4N15 engine will increase the price of the new strada.

Maybe dealers can offer the black vertical phantom grilles for those buyers who cannot stand the chrome part.

Happy Holidays everyone. Planning on getting myself a pick up soon GLX 4x2 AT, Magkano na kaya pinaka malaki na discount nila ngayon para dito ? Hilux seems to be very pricey even with the 10k discount tapos additional 27k for the GPS card....ugghhh. Thanks for the feedback.
