    ^^

mag ipon ka na lang sir para malaki yung DP at mas maliit ang monthly mo.

826,130 php rin kasi kapag in-house.

if you dont need the car, maybe it is a good idea to wait if there will be new exciting colors or bits of new toy (or maybe more discount) but for me, I need the car so hopefully the SA can provide it this month.

that is not a promo, that is standard in-house scheme (most of the promo ng dealer is parang SALE ng FILA, parating meron kasi yun talaga price nun)since Straight interest is around 47% though nakakapag taka, parang parehas lang monthly sa BPI (or am I missing something?) Bank loan should be lower. (from what I read, it should be 25 to 30% in span of 5 years)

It is never been nice to have an in-house loaned car and lowest downpayment.

    simpsonseclaire is right.
Better make arrangements with your bank for high downpayment percentage (30% or higher) to get low monthly. You can't have low down and low monthly (lugi ang bank). But still if you think you're in a tight budget for downpayment and wouldn't mind the monthly. You might want to check this out:

Mga Sir, question. normal ba na pag naka park maghapon ang mirage g4, pag aandar ka na, may maririnig kang sobrang hina na squeak coming from (I presume) front wheel? After naman nung unang andar na yun, wala na.. once lang talaga.

Sir, can anyone explain how the keyless entry works with mirage gsl? What are the safety measures? Matagal din ba bago icharge yung battery ng remote? Thanks!

i don't think banks can give discounts. what they can do, is to manipulate the moneys, so's you will see the smaller number, but will not easily see where they hid it.
    only casas can give discounts.

what you can do, is to total all the moneys you will be paying thruout the installment period.. then see the total sum and ask yourself if you are willing to give them that much money for a car that costs onhly ... kesos, cash. don't forget the hidden fees.

from what i understand, to avoid dealers from undercutting each other, the manufacturer has dictated discounts to be only so much. what dealers do, is manipulate the freebies and give the buyer a sense of control.. but in truth, there is an approved cost of total freebies. what the buyer can do, is remove freebies he does not like, and add those he does like. but the sum total is still the same.

but i feel, manufacturers should also do something about dealers who sell hot units only if extras are forcibly included in the sale...

the bank then buys the unit from the dealer, then re-sells it to you-the-buyer at a previously-agreed-upon schedule of payments.
it is up to the bank, if it wants to pass on to you, the other discounts (if any) the dealer might have given the bank.

baka naman, buwan-buwan mong sisisihin ang sarili dahil kumagat ka... the banks are full of repossessed cars..
look at the entire payment schedule, po, and compare with the others. see if you agree..
