is it really loud? possible boost leak ba? (any loss of power, i.e. ano rpm at that speed), normal lang if faint sound and medyo unnoticeable.

Hi Thumbdrive. Sorry late response. I was out of the country for a month. To answer your questions, yes it is loud but no loss of power. Same speed around 100-140. For me and my wife, we noticed it. Parang sound na you are in front of the electric fan. Havent talk to my agent yet about this. Will give him a ring tom. Will update you on his feedback. Thanks

Just an update. Called my SA and he said that this is the first time they've heard about this. Initial assessment is on the ventillation since mine (2014) already has auto climate control that something is not properly aligned. But we still need to perform road test since it only gets louder starting from 100kph.

If anyone here with 2014 MS that have encountered the same, please share what is the diagnosis from your service advisory. TIA.

Sir whistling sounds at this speed of 120-140kph is probably air turbulence. Meron ka ba accessories like deflectors (hood and windows) and or roof racks? Pero kahit stock naman possible pa din e.

Hindi warranty. Factory defect lang ang warranty.

For insurance, most likely hindi covered ang riot. Better check your policy. Use your imagination nalang on how to claim if hindi covered ng insurance ang riot

The 3k that you paid is your participation i guess. Yung depreciation ang walang bayad for the first 3 yrs imo if pibakitan ng brand new parts.

Franchise/betterment yung nasa recibo, nakalagay naman sa insurance policy ko na free of participation fee for first 3yrs, yung participation fee ay certain percentage of the whole amount of repair cost kaya malabo sumakto ng 3k

They probably just termed it differently as it's just one of those marketing strategies of insurance companies. At the end of the day, you still had your "participation". Me mga insurance companies na fixed talaga ang participation(3k is the usual rate) and not based on percentage of total coverage. This normally commands a higher premium than those with .5 or 1% of coverage. Kanya kanyang marketing gimik lang yan.

what is the FC of the GLS V 4x4 MT?

My 2013 GLS-V 4x4 MT is averaging 11.8 km/liter in combined highway/city driving (roughly 70% highway + 30% city).

gumagana po sir garci but not all sensors are suppoted.you can also reset check engine light "CEM" through that.OBD2 connection is located below the stering wheel its easy to see and feel once you get use to it.

Hello mga MS expert. May concern lang po ako sa monty ko. Kpag nagsshift po ako from 1st to 2nd gear, may parang kumakalabog sa likod na part ng sasakyan. May sira kaya yung transmission? We just got our unit a few weeks back. Lastly, totoo po ba na unioil ang best diesel for our monty? TIA po.
