Yep. Wala naman akong binayaran. Pero patungkol kung under warranty pa, di naman ako tinanong ehh. Di na nga tiningnan ung warranty booklet eh.

Hi, mga ka-Tsikot. Pag gumagamit ako ng flashdrive para sa music sa lumang kotse ko, kung saang song ko in-off ang Head Unit, doon din siya magsisimula pag on ko uli. Pero sa 4-month old Monty ko, bumabalik siya sa track 1 tuwing ino-on ko uli. Akala ko ganun talaga. Kaya pinagtatyagaan ko na lang. Pero nung gumamit ako ng ibang flashdrive, diretso na rin siya. To cut the story short, 2 of my 3 flashdrives ay bumabalik sa track 1 tuwing ino-off/on ko ang HU.

Any idea why? Mayroon din ba kayong experience na ganun? TIA.

Hi,
I'm a new MS owner. I've been following this forum for the last 2 months and back tracked reading from page 1. This forum is so helpful esp for the beginners. Great inputs from various MS gurus/experts.

I have read in one item here about the whistling sound when in fast pace. It says that it is the sound of the turbo. I encountered this when i turned off my radio and cruising the NLEX around 120-140. I heard a strong whistling sound na parang you are in front of the electric fan. My wife immediately checked our windows are open or the circulation vent is direct from external. Both are ok.

Would like to check from the gurus here if that strong sound like the wind blowing is really the sound of the turbo?

Last Thurs i have my Monty checked. A technician from Mitsu Marcos Hway went with me to NLEX to check this. He was surprised of the loud wind blowing sound. They said that this complain is common to Adventure but not in Montero. Currently, they are still investigating it and they have already reported it to MMPC.
I shared the status here to check if you also encountered it with your Monty 2014 model. My brother also bought 2014 last Oct and also experienced the same. For us it is not normal and quite alarming.
Hope someone from this 2013 thread could also share if also encountered it. Thanks in advance.

I also encountered this whistling issue on our monty 2013 gls-v, my observation is when I accelerate the pedal to 1-rpm or higher and release the pedal slowly that's where the whistling sound occurs. Napakaingay ng whistling sound pag binuksan muh yung window.

Sir normal yang whistling sound na naririnig mo.. Squeeling ng turbo mo yan sir. Kahit sa gtv ko pag nirebulusyon ko kalamo hinihika.. Sound also to my ears din sir... Pangingit sa kapitbahay namin na ingittero hehehe!

May idedeliver kasi akong goods (600kg), not sure if kaya sya ng Monty naten or will it worn-out my suspension. + 1 passenger seating in front. Thanks

ang pagkakatanda ko sa manual kasi natin,max gross weight ng 2500 models eh 2690kgs. example is etong gtv ko,

Ang nakita ko lang din sa manual yung max axle weight ng front at rear.

sa pic, you can see yung timbang ng gtv ko without any load(2170kgs). since when a mufacturer indicates the gross vehicle weight, it includes pati passenger, so makuha natin yung allowable load. me option ka, lagay ka trailer, kasi hindi naman kasama sa gross vehicle weight yung load ng trailer
