Hi everyone, I need help playing iPod videos on the montero head unit. Audio from the movie plays without problem but no video on screen. Format of video on iPod is mp4 as required by the iPod.
I would really like to be able to play videos thru the iPod rather than use DVDs for my kids.
Also, has anyone put headrest screen to run with the head unit for 2+ screens?

Aside from the ipod connector you must also use the audio video cable. I also experience the same. It has to be simultaneously plug in both usb and audio/video input.

I have also setup 2 headrest screens but unfortunately only DVD and Ipod can be seen on the screen.

subukan mo boss na end lahat ng running apps sa ipod mo.pag hinde pa rin nag work reset mo yung ipod (wala naman files na mawawala) effective to sakin..then pwede rin naman yung option nasa usb hdd ka mag play pero nde lalabas sa headreast monitors yung video.limitation ata eto ng avt head unit..kaya best option talaga is ipod/ipad/iphone para pati sa headrest mag play

Thanks but that would limit to 16gb partitions also, I would need to disconnect iPod and connect USB. Was hoping for a more simple solution.

been using 320GB HDD with no issues...just use FAT to format it...

Sirs a question: Has anybody tried to do a mod wherein the gauge lights light up when the car is started talaga instead of when we turn on the lights lang? Or is there a setting somewhere to make that happen? I remember in the Innova that I got to drive kasi ganun yung gauges. Or sa GLX lang ba hindi umiilaw pag naka-on ang makina and off ang lights?

can anyone post a high definition photo of 2013 GLS-V A/T dashboard/cockpit please? have the shot taken from the middle seat of the 2nd row seat while having the driver and front passenger seat reclined to avoid obstruction. kung pwede po a shot taken by a DSLR camera for sure clarity. thanks.

i am a lurker and yes i am torn between montero GLS-V A/T and another SUV.

"Photos shown in this brochure may vary from actual unit". please understand that the photo i am requesting is the most accurate. visiting showroom is kinda annoying with the SA constantly trailing and watching your back.

but if my request would cause too much inconvinience then nevermind.
