2012 Montero Sport Owners

Sayang pagkabili namin ng 2011 GLS-V namin lumabas yung 2012 model. Dami features. Kakainggit ( Lalo na yung rear aircon vents.. Nagtataka lang ako bakit hindi pa magpalit ng design ang montero. May tanong lang ako mga sir, bakit meron akong nakikitang montero na PARANG color violet na parang super dark blue na ewan? Bago siya wala pa nga plate e.

Ganoon talaga ang Mitsu, di agad nagpapalit ng design para tipid sa mga molde at para iwas sa pagre-reconfigure ng planta. Notice that they did not immediately retire the previous generation Lancer. Yung MS naman, same body mapa low-end or high end. Pati nga yung GLX NON VGT ko, akala ko may tweeter, props lang pala.
Yung makina, same 4D56 engine bloc as 1980's L200. Nag optimize lang ng fuel injection at turbo.

No complaints though ... Mabuti na rin yung efficient ang planta para mas mababa ang cost of goods sold. In effect, very competitive ang pricing at tayo rin ay makikinabang.

What do you mean props lang ang tweeter? I think it is working fine with my MS.

Hi to all monty owners. Ive tested my newly change oil Monty (1000PMS) with change fuel (from Seaoil to Unioil) last Saturday along SLEX and you can see the difference compare before... mas nag improve yun performance...

Based sa discussion namin with my SA, "abang" lang ang meron dun. you need to dismantle also the side panel (cover) para dun mo mailagay yun crossover nun tweeter mo.

Normally, sound sytem speaker has a tweeter, mid range and a bass.

Got good news from SA. Available na daw plates ko after waiting for 3.5 months. Sinisingil nga lang ako ng 900 because of early registration. Got my monty april, registered last june and ending plate is 8

Di ko pa naman naranasan pero gusto ko lang mapaghandaan. natry ko na kasi malowbat dati sa starex namin, ayaw magbukas e gabi na yun, walang mabilhan ng battery. Thanks sa input..

after unscrewing and opening it up, the battery is in that remote control part, where the buttons are located.

medyo mahirap lang i-remove yung screw nung remote, kelangan exact yung size nung philips screw na gagamitin mo

Good Evening Guys,

I just got my gls-v 4x2 last week. Wala masyadong freebies kasi cash payment and 40k promo discount + 20k discount from the dealer (manila bay/ roxas blvd cor edsa)
I'm planning on having a couple of accessories installed, sa casa sana para di ma-void ang warranty kaso nga ang mahal. May pambayad naman kaso pag-tinotal kalahati ang diperensya eh, medyo nakakapanghinayang. Will the warranty still be voided if I buy the accessories outside then just have it installed sa casa? Anyway, if there's really no way around it sa casa na lang talaga ako magpapakabit. I'd still appreciate your inputs though, especially on the specifics, like types, brands etc.

here are the things that i'm planing to have installed:

- Turbo Timer 6 or 7k sa casa, 3k or less lang sa labas
- Reverse camera 6 or 7k sa casa, 3k ata sa labas
- Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor 5k ata sa casa, i have no idea sa presyo sa labas nor if it is advisable to have it installed outside
- Headrest Monitor 12 or 15k sa casa, ang dami ko nakitang mura sa sulit
- TV Tuner
- Tweeters (di naman ako maarte sa sounds kaso sayang yung slots sa harap eh, sa may bintana. If i read correctly, walang laman yan for the gls-v 4x2, kakabitan pa. sa gtv lang ata meron. tama ba?)
- I also want to upgrade my headlights, nadidiliman kasi father ko sa gabi. any suggestions mga sir?
- And lastly the brakes, parang nahihinaan ako kaya I'm also thinking of upgrading. But I'll just wait fro my 1k pms baka naman kelangan lang i-adjust

Salamat sir zix, parang hindi ko nakita yung screw ng remote e. After ko buksan yung sa screw ng key parang wala na ako nakitang screw sa maliit na remote sa loob. Sang part yun sir?
