About the annoying sounds, casa already checked and tighten what ever thats needed in the dash, pillars, panels of my wifys monty but to no avail.Sound still there.

This is what i did to my wify's gsl-v monty re: squeaking / screeching sounds coming from the passenger side + dash. So far, no annoying sound has been heard for the last 3 days.

-i adjusted the wire of the gps unit to the corner side of the pillars. Originally, it was in center-in-line of the gps unit.
-i used a slim card (prepaid load card), inserted and slowly slide it between the dash, windshield, pillar, headliner to adjust some exposed insertion foams
-i adjusted the foam located inside the front fender as the one on the passenger side is much closer to the hinges compared to the driver side
-made sure all rubber linings (dont know what its called) are pressed firmly

Just to share what i observed on squeaking sound.
Sana makatulong.
Based on my experience theres a lot of squaking sounds when there is no passenger (especially front passenger).

These are my observations.
1. The seatbelt tongue of passenger seat is touching the center pillar.
2. Squeaking sound in passenger front seat cushion caused by seat spring and seat frame.
3. Belt buckle rattling sound. (maybe it the small spring inside the buckle, try to insert the seatbelt tongue while driving alone)
4. Please check you things inside your glove box.

I think not Sir. Bale 40k total instead of 20k discount sa GLS-V. Buti sakin nahabol ko pa, release nya na tomorrow. What I did is tinawagan ko agad SA ko and ask about the promo and he said meron nga and buti na lang okay din kausap kaya ayun marerefund na lang daw yung additional na 20k discount. Swerte nabasa ko kagabi kundi sayang din yun pang accessories. Thanks sa nag post (Sir lyonell1989) at sa tsikot. heheh

i experienced too yun squeaking sound, feeling ko sa front passenger seat yun base frame ng seat mismo not the tongue of the seatbelt

Kaya nga yung akin hindi ko na nireklamo kasi feeling ko normal na tong mga rattling sounds. Minsan pinapakinggan kong mabuti pero minsan hindi ko matumbok talaga san galing eh. Kaya hayaan nalang at enjoy the ride! Hehehehe

Oo sir ganyan cguro tlaga mga monty wag lang lalakas ung rattling sounds ha! tama na ung tipong volume 1 lng... pag lumakas p iba na un! hahaha
nawawala din sakin pg d ako naka aircon... i noticed if i on the aircon..after few hours while driving and temperature reached the setpoint very cold already dun na nag start ung rattling sounds na un!
una kc ung passenger side lng sa hrap naririnig ko..tapos after a week dumagdag tong sa harap ng tachometer ko...
kaya hinayaan ko nlng din! konting lakas ng stereo nlng ok na!
mahirap din kc kung baklasin ung mga panels! dun lalo luluwag ung mga clips nun and create more rattling sounds..

Hello mga sir newbie po dito sa tsikot, got my Monty last July 6 peron dito ako sa Dubai kaya di ko pa nahahawakan Monty ko. My wife said she hears also some noise, suspetsa ko pag naka on ang aircon may ice build-up sa evaporator fins ng A/C tapos pag nabugahan ito nag be-break-up then it rolls on to A/C ductings. Anyway sabi nya ok naman ang performance at fuel economy nito.

True baka lalong lumala eh pag pinabaklas pa. Kapag hindi na consistent yung volume ng rattling sound at lumkas at dumami i will definitely report it sa casa sa ngayon observe muna ko and listen. Hahaha!

Saan dealer po kayo and anong mode of payment nyo is it cash base, bank finance or in-house? based sa friend ko, dun naka-depend kung mabibigyan kayo agad ng unit, e add pa nyo yun factor na kulay na prefer nyo, lalo na kung in-demand yun kulay. kalimitan nangyayari etong ganitong system sa malalaking dealer, like the diamond, union and peak. They give priority sa mga naka-in-house, kasi dun sila mas kikita.Like sa case ko, bank finance ginawa ko, mas less priority sa mga naka-in-house.Kung naka-in-house kayo, problem lang siguro is kung wala pa-talagang available na unit, which is normally a month ang dating ng unit coming from Thailand. and it is also by schedule.

I suggest that you try to look for dealers, which are asa probinsya, which di ganun kadami yun bumibili. If your lucky, maybe makakakita pa kayo ng mas magandang offer with a nice freebies... Hope this can help...

Ang contact ko is Evolander and Diamond Greenhills and yes, bank financing din ako kaya siguro hirap makakuha ng unit. Sa color naman sabi ko white or brown lang, not so sure kung in-demand yung dalawang color. Puro kasi A/T ang meron daw na stock sa mga dealers sabi nila. I'll try your suggestion na tumingin sa mga dealers sa probinsya, medyo basic and limited nga lang kasi yung freebies na offered ng dalawang dealer na contact ko.
