    Sir zix, nung napalinis kasi ako ng intercooler, may mga black oil na natanggal. Yung oil na yun, yun ba yung matatrap ng occ?

    Pero question sir.
    Sabi kasi ng iba, need daw ng turbo ng oil para malubricate yung bearings. Hindi ba mawawalan ng lubrication yun if maglalagay ng occ?

    Na notice ko kasi na theres an improvement sa top end since i had the intercooler cleaned e. 5.5 years ba naman bago malinis hahaha

    Ang nakukuha ng OCC yong oil mist na galing sa engine breather, pag d ma separate ng OCC hahalo yan sa hangin na hinihigop ng compressor. Ang turbocharger bearing may sariling lubrication line.

    agree with sir mangkas. may sariling lube line yung turbo at iba naman yung nasasala sa occ. yung sinasabing baka matuyuan ng langis yung turbo bearing ay kung mabilis pa ang ikot ng turbo tapos pinapatay mo agad yung makina. meaning tuloy pa ikot ng turbo wheel pero patay na oil supply so sa init ng turbo may tendency matuyoan yung bearing. to prevent this, others are installing turbo timer para i delay yung pag switch off ng engine to give time for the turbo slow down and to cool down. pero kung bago ka makarating sa destination mo ay mag slow down ka na at allow a bit of time to idle bago mo switch off engine then no need a turbo timer.

    Ah okok. So ibig sabihin yung lube line para sa turbo hindi galing dun sa breather hose. Kumbaga yung masasala niya is ligaw na oil?
    "High pressured" air ba yung dadaan sa occ?

    Kailangan po para mapigilan ang oxidition para maiwasan ang build up ng scale on water jacket and on intercooler tube bundles, nagdeteriorate din yong nitrite content ng coolant.

    bakit kaya di ginawa eto ng casa sa monty ko during the 20T PMS ko. required ba talaga on heavy checkup?
