2way split 3-joint propeller shaft ang 2wd sir.. Makes it 3 greasing points..

1. Joints between transmission and front propeller shaft
2. Joints between front propeller shaft and rear propeller shaft
3. Joints between rear propeller shaft and rear axle housing

Hi, Good Day to everyone here,just noticed this month my 2012 GLS-V Monty AT makes strange and weird sound, When i rev my car at 1-2k rpm, the strange sound comes almost together with the turbo whistling or before the turbo, its a loud sharp sound, like a friction, like rubbing the metal, i think its coming from the rear, but i can not sure, anyway, i attached the sound file i recorded this morning, please help me to find out the problem, thank you very much!

note: the strange sound comes between 00.21sec to 00.26sec and at the end of the sound file

thank you sir,. worry ko lang, did the casa have this done during my 20k km pms,,,,, anyway, i am nearing 40k km, i might do this by myself (DIY) kung di gipit sa ilalim ng montero....

If the thud problem is on the 4x2 models only and not on the 4x4. Possible na yung extra joint ang cause ng thud sound.

Hi sir, mine kase is 4x4.. So ilan po ang grease fitting for the 4x4.. Gls se po yung sa akin. Tnx.

if 4x2 , walang problema sa mga service stations, kaya nung pang grease nila. but if 4x4, bring some adaptor para sa transfer case, hindi kakayanin ng pang grease nila

Approaching 13k km umpisa ng tumunog ang v belt drive ng ac compressor, naka 2 turns cw na sa adjusting screw nabawasan lang ang tunog. Mga Sirs ano po ang tamang slack ng v belt, o bagay nalang mag apply ng v belt dreasing. Malakas ang tunog during cold start.

Bumigay na yung screen ng HU ko. White screen na lang although may Radio pa rin. Anybody experience such issue?

aw,you not alone,ganyan din sakin, pero afaik wala yung sound dati, parang lately lang nagkaroon.wala naman ako makita sumasabit o kung ano mang pagmumulan ng sound.lapit na 3 months unit namin, tantya ko mga 2 weeks na mula nung magkaroon ng ganung tunog..eto pa, 33 psi front 35 psi rear na ko,pero parang matigas pa rin manibela, dapat magaan na yun pihitin dahil nasasanay na braso ko at nagdagdag pa ko ng psi,,kabado na ko sa steering nitong monty, parang may something..
