*4PM, got my unit back with brand new lower arm suspensions. They also checked the switch for the power seat and propeller shaft but they were okay. They also did alignment.

sino kaya mag-inspect ng weld sa casa? yung mga SA? mekaniko o technician din?may welding inspector kaya sila or qualified personnel every casa na mag-validate kung insufficient or sufficient yung weld? malamang ang mangyayari niyan, yun na lang reclining switch ang papalitan kasi wala naman sila competent na welding inspector o welding engineer na titingin kung ok nga yung weld
visual check o "mata-mata" na lang lalo kung tinatamad yung mag-inspect sasabihin lang ok pa. pinakamadali nga naman palitan kung yung reclining switch

I was there when they measured the weld. They were sent instruments (sort of a set of gauges) to measure whether the weld is adequate or not. They have a guide to follow on how to measure. The mechanic did it. And since I was their first client, the mechanic had the guide with him the whole time he was measuring it, comparing the actual with the illustrations in the guide.

Yup they do have templates. We can be assured of their work. They are carrying the name of Mitsu if they bungle their job.

reclining switch , same size, sa loob lang nadagdagan ng plastic on upper portion, para itulak outward yung upper portion ng switch, away from the side of the seat. sabi ko nga huwag na palitan, kasi ang layo naman ng clearance nung dati, eh kelangan daw palitan
I wonder why they have to change the swtich?

Nakow, I spoke too soon and gave my kudos too early.
Last Thrusday, I received an email from MMPC confirming my appointment for safety check with Amcar Sta Rosa at 8AM. I was at Amcar Sta Rosa before 8AM today and, lo and behold, my Monty was not even on their service appointment list. Too make matters worse, only one service personnel was there to attend to all the customers.
I had no choice but to go to their after sales department, showed them the email from MMPC regarding my appointment and, unfortunately, it appears that wala, o kulang, ang coordination between MMPC and their dealers. So as not to waste my time, I just had my appointment rescheduled and made sure that it was written down.
Wala palang kuwenta yung pa email email at pa confirm ng appointment ng MMPC
