Hi sirs,

Regarding steering wheel remote... Went to 41 to have my GPS updated. Fortunately, the supervisor was there and he asked me about if I encountered a remote malfunction... I said it happened once.

He said grounded yung unit and insisted they will change something. Though tolerable naman yung pag reset (thanks to this thread I learned battery wasn't the problem) once in a while I said yes narin.

They were still studying kung saan madalas nangyayari yung malfunction though owners often say malapit daw sa mga transmission towers daw like abscbn. So there... I pass that area once in a while wala na naman problem.

there was a post here that the monty's remote is RF and not wired thus there is a possibility that your remote could actually control a nearby monty's system if it is on the same frequency

again, i have not tried it

di bale, on the next MSCP club meet, ma testing nga ito

if ever this is true, i must be wreaking havoc on the monty's beside me in traffic as i have this habit of switching stations and or folders on my usb, hehehehe

I don't think so ano yang mga monty natin RC Car same brand ng toy same frequency kaya kung kayo magkapatid parehas ng RC car possible talaga ma romte mo yung sa kuya mo pero syempre di naman RC monty natin kasi pag kakaintindi ko maraming paraan kung papano hindi ma re remote ang ibang unit na kaperahas ng unit natin kahit Radio Frequency (RF) nyo parehas ginagamitan na yan na kung ano anong coded or keying system gaya sa mga Cell phone at Two way radio natin na kahit parehas ang mga frequency hindi mo interfere ang kaperahas mo frequence dahil may tinatawag halimbawa ng Frequency Shift Keying of FSK na kung napakaraming Key na isinasabay sa frequency ng mga unit para hindi maka interfere sa tingin ko sa monty natin may similarity pero hindi FSK ibang security ginamit yung simple lang pero maiiwasan yung interference sa bawat monty diba kung hindi ganito ang sistema nila matagal ng maramin complaint dahil madalas ang range ng rf transmission ng rc car nasa 10 meter imagine kung madaan ka ng same unit kada 10 minutes maiiba yung FM station pag may nag transmit o naglipat ng FM station. Malabo siguro wala security features ang RF system ng monty natin wala pag kakaiba yan sa bluetooth natin kailangan ng passcode kaso manual mo lang syang iilagay at susi ni monty diba RF din ang principle nyan transmitter ang susi natin at receiver naman ang monty natin kung ma detect na tama yung nag transmit mag open yung door ng monty ganun din siguro sa remote ng steering natin kailangan tama lahat ang info bago i accept ng receiver. Siguro yung naka experience na reremote nila yung ibang unit ng monty maaring nag off ang security o sira yung security features ng unit

Does anyone bought OEM daylight running lamps? The one that will replace your grille then two LED lights infront...

Got one three weeks ago then nagmoist after the typhoon. had it replaced at union motors though I don't think it will last long. I think it's made in Thailand... Or China I don't know but definitely not from japan. Three weeks palang defective na.

I'm planning to return it nalang then get the rear bumper garnish. Almost same lang naman ng price.

Request plate ang bilis, 1 week lang, got the gtv mar10, plate was ready a week after payment from lto, pero yung papers na needed to get the plate na manggagaling from dealership nakuha namin apr20. Since then ala pa kami lto sticker, wala pa daw sabi nung dealership na kinuhanan namin, sobra tagal na, ganun kaya talaga katagal ang lto stickers?

Got my monty May 12 from citi alabang, but plates got released June 16 (TDI-**7 w/o the LTO stickers). Just got my LTO stickers yesterday but had to pay an extra P900 because my plate ends in 7! nainis lang ako since 1 was my 1st choice.

Regarding painting issues, had scratches on my front and rear bumper repainted (quartz brown) at citimotors makati. Maayos ang gawa. Di ko lang nakita exact amount coz sagot ng casa (nabangga nila during PMS). Yun nga lang hassle talaga.

I've experienced mag pa PMS ako sana for my 1K, when the SA drove the car to the service bay area akala mo sports sedan ang dala kulang na lang i-drift. In short, kinuha ko susi then i told him in a sarcastic tone " ang bilis niyo dito magtrabaho kasing bilis mo magdrive, F1 driver ka ba?" sabay alis.

Diamond Q Ave for 1k PMS, nandun pa ako sa service area watching the mechanic while servicing my ride.
