as per my SA's info, it comes with a touch-sceen LCD integrated with the DVD player, Rear/Backing Camera and MID... i guess the DVD player will play not only standard CD/DVD movies but also DivX via its USB port and it can be paired with bluetooth devices as well..

FYI lang po, reverse camera is not available on all variants of the MS but the head unit (GT-V, GLS and 4x4 MT) allows for an installation of a reverse camera.

.... and a wrong brochure? The (leaked) brochure back in this thread seems genuine to me.

So is there anybody here going to the launch in the coming days? If so, I would appriciate a photo of a GT-V (in black if available) from the front or front side (showing the grill).

Actually, think about it. Mitsubishi planning should have done the following:
1. mesh grill on the 4x2 (or the whole series for that matter).
2. 5AT on the 4x2

It sounds very logical. Why complicate their line-up with different P/T and Transmission combinations. Now, the 4x2 AT feels compromised. Personally I have hated the chrome grill. I hate it as much as I hate wood grain. But, this is how the vehicle is packaged.

PS. Despite all this, I think it is the best value of any SUV with 7 seats with a diesel P/T. Although i loathe body on frame, the MS is just too good to pass up. I decided to place a down payment. It really is a good mix for what you get.

Ecomomics & Marketing

The 4x2 gets Touch screen and an engine with 40PS increase in power.

The GT-V gets Touch screen and a slightly more powerful engine which is probably cheaper to produce.

With P300,000 difference in price it needs more than 4x4 and leather to sell. Also it needs to look a bit better or different or more expensive. It needs exterior identity to get people to buy over the 4x2 auto. I'm not sure; but I think the 4x2 auto was probably the best seller of the 4 versions for the second half of last year.

.....Im not sure if its an OEM carbon fiber spoiler or just a spoiler with a carbon fiber sticker done by a mitsu casa .. Parang hinde bagay to have a carbon fiber spoiler on an all stock form monty, i prefer it to have been body colored.. I can also see an open space/gap on the top part of the spoiler, dust & dirt will slide done to the rear mirror

*JPG111, i think the spoiler would either be OEM from Thailand or a local supplier commissioned by MMPC and installed at either the Cainta plant or at the port... i'll reserve my thoughts once i see an actual unit.

i've seen a honey comb grilled MS 2x already. It couldn't have been the newly released one since its not a GTV and has plates already. I went to a dealer and asked if that it possible and how much. Pwede naman pala. Just add a few thousand pesos and your GLX gets the honeycomb eto sana balak ko and i just wanted to share.
