Wala nang GT M/T at pinalitan na nang MX A/T..Yung MX A/T eh mukha nang GT-A but tatlo lang ang airbags,walang Rockford Fosgate audio system at yung grille at bumper eh walang chrome strips.May MX A/T sa Union Motors Paco na nakadisplay today.

May ABS-EBD na ang GLX at GLS Lancer EX variants.

Anyway... Regarding the color. I was slated to get the RED one but me and my brother had a deal that we wouldn't pick the same color. Black is out of the question for me because my old Altis was Black. Grey is also not because our old Corolla was colored Grey. It was just a matter between White or Red. My brother agreed to just go white with his Vios S but his order was already shoe-in. Too late to cancel daw kasi galing pang Thailand. So siya na nag Red, ako nalang nag White.

Union Motors yung ka deal namin, but we personally know the owner since malapit lang sila sa bahay namin and friend na talaga. Got the car for 960k. 50% downpayment, 2 years to pay. Yung sa brother ko walang problema, we traded in our Altis and Revo konti nalang dinagdag for his Vios.

Pansin ko lang mga minor details na hinahanap ko sa Mitsu Lancer na nadisappoint ako. First yung ilaw nga sa passenger and driver side, yung sa gitna lang talaga ang meron. Secondly yung bright mode. Sa Toyota kasi pag pinull mo mag bribright or pag pinush mo naman naka stay-bright mode. Sa Lancer wala... Pag pinull mo siya mag bribright mode siya. Pag pinull mo ulit mag totoggle off. Kumbaga mahirap mag "blink". (Hindi kasi ako honker) I love that you can open the hood via the remote though!

Anyway those are small gripes lang. Love the car. Saw a GTA na White malapit sa work ko, ganda talaga. Na insipire ako mag 18" na agad, after breaking this car in for maybe a week upgrade na ako. Siya nga pala, as per advice of my dad brinebreak ko yung car with the 80 rule. Sometimes I go over 80 pero most of the time under or 80 lang talaga.

The Lancer isn't the only car with the toggle-on/off bright lights. We owned a Civic VTi and ESi before and they functioned that way as well. Sanayan lang yan. Para hindi ka mahirapan, twice ka magbright para it toggles on and then off.

how much is the lancer ex gls 2009 in the phil?i got mine here in dubai for 62500dhs sa peso more or less mga 750k,its cool silver in color w/2.0MVEC CVT 6 speed transmission,FAST keyless entry,sunroof,16 inch 5 spoke alloy wheels...sa mga nag cocompare ng ex sa civic well...i have not encountered any civics,corollas or focus that had overtaken me here in a 8 lane hiways of dubai...not bragging but this lancer can give a camry,altima and accord a good fight to think that they have bigger engines..just change to sports mode and vroooom clock 100kph * 6rpm 3rd gear...and still 3 gears left...i have not floored my pedal yet but the fastest i got was 200kph and yet shes still askin..no vibrations anything maybe the weight of the body as well as the wider wheelbase..

Sir try nyo baka sakali lang. Just pull it slightly. Sa toyota kasi diba when you go to bright, off ang lo-beam. Eh minsan gusto kong both lights on so I pull it slightly para pareho silang bukas, pero kailangan hold mo siya, try it with your bro's vios. So ayun, try nyo baka gumana sa LancerEX

try flicking the stick slowly...soft touch kung baga...and release it...it will flicker...maganda yan pag naka HID ka...parang flash ng camera but bad news is you will need three sets of HIDs ...1 for fogs and the 2 are for ur highs and lows..may kamahalan din kasi d2 yung HIDs dyan sa pinas kaya magkano?Regarding sa interior lightings...sa akin may overhead lamp sa driver and passenger wala nga lang sa likuran..i changed it to LEDs na nga eh..

*jack Well as usual.. Mahal dito.. I'm not sure magkano 2009, pero yung 2010 is 970k Automatic. Hindi pa sunroof yun. Buti ka pa nakaka kas kas ka talaga using your Lancer... Kami dito mahirap.. I'm Southside pa naman so imagine the SLEX traffic during rush hour.

Saw a YouTube vid of a Lancer passing a Honda Accord at 200kph. Kaw ba yun?

I'm happy with the Lancer. Seen a lot of Cambry's here, OK na ko at naiiba ako.

welcome po.. i just wanted to know the experiences of lancer ex owners and discuss somethings with my kababayans...i myself own a 2009 lancer ex gls 2.0 MVEC 6 speed CVT..so far the experience of driving this car is beyond expectations....especially if you shift to sports mode...this machine transforms into a beast...now its ur turn to share the experience ,,,feel free...

nahhh...that wasnt me...tama ka..mahirap nga dyan sa pinas magmetal 2 metal ng accelerator...but really this machine is awesome..i think this is the best car in its class...
