Naisip ko lang, yung mga stock tires ba ng lancer EX (16s sa MX and 18's for GT and GTA) ay pwede pang hi speed driving paminsan minsan? Hi speed meaning 170kph pataas..kasi kung tutuusin malakas talaga ang makina neto at masarap biritin pag maluwag ang kalsada..bigla ko lang naisip yung mga stock na gulong if theyre rated for those speeds.

hi sir, the stock tire for the GLX/GLS/MX i believe has the 205/60R16 92H rated tire good for up to 130MPH/210KPH and the GT/GT-A with 215/45R18 89W can hataw up to 168MPH/270KPH... so i think you can "floor" it...

ok naman ang tires natin kung street/highway driving. pero kung ala week end warrior kayo, marami deficiencies ang stocks. I've seen stock a10a's driven at 220kph.

Buti pa kayo hataw na lang ng hataw..ako binalik ko ulit sa casa this morning unit ko...ka kaasar na wala sa springs / suspension yung squeak we suspect nasa body mismo..nag test drive kami nung service tech..malakas na yung tunog...Sowee EX GTA pala yung unit ko

lam niyo i just went to diamond pasig, and i got the flyer for their pricelist...
i saw prices for a lot of lancer ex's. seems they are still selling or probably getting rid of stock ng glx, gls at mx na naka-drumbrake yung likod...

if this is true...they are selling the mx at 933k

that sucks coz i got my lancer ex gls at 891k all in...nkakuha pa ako ng less 10k from the discounted 901k. if thats so....i couldve gotten the mx (drumbreak) at 923-925k probably...

hindsight lang but that sucks coz thats like 30-35k more for rockfords, no wood trim, paddle shifters, better seats, muffler tip, chrome finishes and side mouldings...grrrrrr! guys who plan to get an Ex this is the best bargain now for me.

i hope they dont have in stock anymore so i dont feel so bad...heheh'

When I got my MX some 4 months ago, 930K lang din naman, kasi may discount na 60K off the 990K list price. Tapos GLS was then 898K.

For the 32K difference, at that time, tama ka maraming features ang meron sa MX na wala sa GLS (you didn't mention HID headlamps and Adaptive Front-lighting System, auto climate control, ABS/EBD, leather steering and shiftknob... meron na ba nito yung bagong GLS?), kaya it was a no brainer choice for me. Pero correction lang, walang Rockford-Fosgate yung MX, pero may tweeters sya, plus 6-disc changer, unlike the GLS back then.

Sir oliver update po..tama yung yung suspetsa ko its the frame and body..now my biggest worry is how are they going to fix it..and the answer of course they will dismantle the panel in order for them to weld that part..another worry is once na ma welding yun wala na yung rust proofing kasi nainitan na yung portion na yun..haay life untill now no specific repair plan pa sila i refer daw nila sa planta mismo

wala pa nga yan bro. ako bago rin tires ko, tatlong screw ang tumusok sa tires ko, pero matigas pa rin naman. pero dinala ko kagad at ayun, tinapalan at pinainitan, normal lang yan dude hehehe, ok pa yang tires mo.
