AFAIK, I've seen it on the street May 2007.

As far as the Electronic 4WD, I dont think it will be on the N. American RalliArt. It could be an AWD, but not as sophisticated as the Fortis has. (to keep the cost down)

Can't say anything more about the specs... lalo na yang 4B11 MIVEC na yan producing a potent 152hp and a class leading 199nm of pulling power, daaammmn,. beating most 2L competitors!

One of the early estimates that i've heard going around was around P1.125M for the 2.0GT CVT, some just simply say between P1M and P1.2M, more or less we know what to expect for the CBU from Japan 2.0GT Lancer EX model.
One of the direct competitors of the Lancer EX 2.0 GT CVT is the Civic 2.0 S-L A/T which starts at P1.127M, and the Lancer beats it with its long list of features(18 inch alloys, Rockford Fosgate sound system with a 10 inch subwoofer, curtain airbags, and its CBU from Japan).

According to one of the Mitsubishi sales guys, they also plan to bring in a lower spec version(probably also with a 2.0 liter engine, no details on the specs)

fortis front looks cheap IMHO, the rear end - acceptable pa, here's an MS Paint-chopped rear end i rendered a while back:

also, yung rear spoiler looks not in line with the car's structure, the tail lights are too high (reminscent of a 1995 series 3)

IMO, parang may similarity front fascia ng current Civic ('06-07) with that of this upcoming lancer, Mitsu is in the right track here kung marelease nila agad by the last quarter of 2007, that way ma-redeem naman sila, hirap sa Mitsu Phils masyadong tinitipid RP-spec models, Nissan nga may VTC na baka naman makina ng Cedia (110 hp) ilagay nila, looks mean nothing without performance

Wow... it looks like Nissan Cefiro in the front... sana mejo aggressive din sana yung front para look alike ng bagong lancer... the interior is a WOW! Very classy and neat! I like this car no wonder... MIVEC din ba ang engine nito?
