Sir GH i noticed that the rims on your GLS is 18" is that from a GTA variant?magkano na ang ganyang mags ngayon..

I bought the GTA mags from another guy who had a EX GTA.

The GTA mags would go for between 15K to 25K depending on condition... 25K would be like new condition and 15K would be with some small scratches.

A sales agent sent me what was upgraded from the 2011 (and older) models to the 2012 ones. I'll post later when i get home. Pero sure na that the glx m/t has cruise control.

Sir ghosthunter, pareho lang ba yung kulay nung dashboard and interiors ng old glx w/wood and the gta?
Sa pictures kasi, parang pati yung dashboard and panels, hindi sya kasing black like that of the gta...

Im asking para lang alam ko if i change the seats and the woodtrims to cf, kung magmumukhang parehong pareho na sila sa loob.

The dashboard & interior are the same for the GLX, GLS, MX ... the dashboard trim and front door trim changes lang from fake wood to fake CF. If you don't like the fake CF, you can always have the pieces painted to your preferred color and finish.

front stabilizer bars

Lancer EX GTA, GLS and GLX have a 2.0L engine. GTA/GLS have the same transmission, CVT. GLX has the manual touch.

GTA is sporting bigger rims (18"), front grille with chrome lining, projector headlamps, a spoiler, different material on the seats and an aftermarket 9-speaker sound system, Rockford Fosgate. GTA is the top of the line variant. GLS/GLS have smaller rims (16"), no spoiler, standard head unit, etc.

By May 2012, they'll phase out the 2.0L GLS/GLX variant and replace it with 1.6L engine. Not yet sure on the other features of this new 1.6L variants. This new variant will replace the Lancer Cedia generation.

Some guy from the Topgear forum told me that the next variants of GLS/GLX EX units will have the 4B10 engine (1.8L) instead of the 4B11 engine (2.0L). I think its much better to go to the 1.8L since the EX has a heavy body.

According to wiki 4a91 is 1.5 next 4b10 which is 1.8, mukang walang 1.6 na lumabas na makina ang lancer fortis

The new 1.6L MIVEC engine that will be used is the 4A92- this is the successor of the 4G18 and 4G92.

Alam ko din 1.6 eh...
Mysource is the SA who told me they dont have stocks anymore of the 2.0 ex glx since the plant has stopped production of the 2.0, and now starting with the 1.6 which will be available next month.
