guys good evening po, pa confirm po kung totoo yung sabi ng friend ko na yung classmatenya may Lancer Ex MX na 1.6L-6 speed, 2009 nila daw nakuha yun at super rare daw po yun, at parang sir engine din sya, paconfirm naman po, thank you

The 2012 Lancer EX MX will have a 1.6L engine but power will be only 115hp with 4-speed AT. (No CVT... probably the save costs).

As for a high power 1.6L Mivec engined EX-MX... it is not worth the money. The bigger 2.0L 4B11 engine provides lots of torque as well as HP which makes it a better engine.

hindi po , lancer ex mx po talaga yun, nacurious nga po ako ilang agent na ng mitsubishi pinagtatawagan ko pero wala po silang alam... baka kayo po dito may alam, pagnakasama po namin ulit sya ill take pictures para may proof po ako baka next week hehe

It would also be interesting if you can take a clear picture of the engine number... at least that can tell us more about the engine.

Personally, a high HP, high reving 1.6L in a Lancer EX body is pointless because the same car with the 4B11 2.0L would match or out-accelerate it in a straight line.

Careful. It might look the same, but the ralliart version is wider & may not install properly. Did you do a "fit" check with a borrowed intake?

Curious, why a ralliart intake instead of the usual cone-type intake upgrade? Going for the "stock" look?

Sir just need your advices sir regading of the rear modification of my lancer ex.sir plan ko ipamodify ng evo x mods yung lan ex ko but the problem is yung rear fender modification.tatapalan pala nila yun ng masilya.para mgkamuscle xa.advice lang ako sir hindi kaya magkakaproblema yun pag tumagal hindi kaya magcracrack yun?

Yes Sir GH Im going on a stock look..with a drop in KN filter.I got the idea from one of the MLPH member/tsikot member din nainstall na nya,the only difference daw when installing one clips location a bit farther from the regular EX , ralliart edition's bit wide..apart from that everything is okey..before im leaning towards short ram but,with the ralliarts intake it would be like a pseudo CAI hehe.

Sir Tey, prefered dealer ko yung Diamond (valle verde or greenhills). Kung di nyo na ma-back out yung sa Citimotors, ok lang. Basta yung after sales service nyo mag Diamond na kayo. Wag kayo pupunta sa Union, lalo na yung sa Paco. You can search this info on this forum.

Hi guys! Thanks sa mga reply..

We ended up canceling our reservation from Citimotors. Sabi kasi kaya daw di makakuha ng unit lalabas na daw ung 2013 model ngayon 3rd or 4th week ng June. Medyo di ko rin nagustuhan na di kami ina-update nung agent masyado kaya lumipat na kami ng dealer. Sabi naman dun sa nilipatan namin na sure daw friday next week dadating ung unit na pnareserve namin - sana nga totoo. Medyo nakakapagod din pala magantay ng ilang months tapos madidisappoint ka sa result. Hehe!
