Here’s proof that Mitsubishi is planning to evolutionarily develop their existing Pajero off-roader rather than building a new model from scratch. Taken just outside the legendary German Nürburgring, our exclusive spy-shots show what’s to become of the next-generation Pajero, scheduled for a launch at the 2007 Detroit Motor Show. It’s going to be more than the usual facelift – but won’t be a complete new model either. While the whole front will be revised, modifications at the rear will be limited to new taillights, a mid-mounted spare-wheel on the rear door and a new skirt and bumper. Today’s characteristic rear wheel arch will be toned down to a narrower layout giving the car a more modern overall look.

Though adapted to the EURO 4 emission regulation, all engines will be left unchanged, allowing European buyers to choose between the 3.5-litre V6 GDI petrol engine with 200 bhp and the 3.2-litre 160-bhp turbodiesel. Japanese customers will again get one more motor to choose from – the 3.0-litre turbodiesel with 115 bhp. Buyers in the U.S. will get the choice between two petrol V6s only: the above mentioned 3.5-litre GDI plus a 3.8-litre V6 developing 218 bhp.

Not sure why, bit I guess thats the reason its for the JDM model...
It looks like export market Pajeros will continue with the more powerful 160bhp 3.2-litre turbodiesel.

Perhaps the 3.0 liter diesel is based on the older OHC 2.8 liter 4M40.

The 3.2 liter diesel is a Direct injection DOHC engine(4M41).

ah yes... mas logical nga na upgraded 4M40 kesa detuned 4M41.

    ano kayang tawag dun 4M40.5?

possible engine for the upcoming zinger?

your pajero is automatic so di magreredline yan, unless you shift using the inves manual transmission, you down shift to 1, then step on the gas to redline, then manually upshift to 2nd gear, then repeat, then 3, the repeat then 4......hope this helps...

Yes, pinalipat ko yung mga sensors.

Di ko pa naiwan ng more than 1 week na hindi ginagamit yung pajero, so don't know kung mangyayari din yang discharging battery.
