Zeitgeist, produced by Peter Joseph, was created as a nonprofit filmiac expression to inspire people to start looking at the world from a more critical perspective and to understand that very often things are not what the population at large think they are. The information in Zeitgeist was established over a year long period of research and the current Source page on this site lists the basic sources used / referenced and the Interactive Transcript includes exact source references and further information.

Now, it's important to point out that there is a tendency to simply disbelieve things that are counter to our understanding, without the necessary research performed.

For example, some information contained in Part 1 and Part 3, specifically, is not obtained
by simple keyword searches on the Internet. You have to dig deeper. For instance,
very often people who look up "Horus" or "The Federal Reserve" on the Internet
draw their conclusions from very general or biased sources. Online encyclopedias or text book Encyclopedias often do not contain the information contained in Zeitgeist. However, if one takes the time to read the sources provided, they will find that what is being presented is based on documented evidence. Any corrections, clarifications & further points regarding the film are found on the Clarifications page. Non-Profit DVDs / Free Video Downloads are available through the Downloads page.

That being said, It is my hope that people will not take what is said in the film as the truth, but find out for themselves, for truth is not told, it is realized.

    Thank You

I say abolish the Federal Reserve and central banking. We don't need a central bank, the markets can easily take care of itself regarding interest rates and we don't need a central bank to dictate it for us. Also, I find it ironic that that the central banks fight inflation when in reality its their bastard child. THEY CREATE INFLATION by creating liquidity out of thin air and flood the world with money while real assets and commodities are limited, at least they are one of the culprits of inflation.

Kaya pala namatay si J. F. Kennedy and mysteriously yung blood line nya talagang wina-wipeout (due to suspect "accidents"). They don't want anyone to oppose them.

hehehe andyan din pala yun conspiracy of pearl harbor attack and the secret financiers of the Nazis

well, the greatest question is why did the communists suddenly became hostile of the US shortly after capturing Hitler. what did they found out? d'ba suppose to be after a long period of being comrades in arms to fight an evil army, dapat man lang eh mag-inuman sila to celebrate their victory together.

but then again, how come in 1989 (after more than 4 decades of cold war), they (the communists) surrendered their beliefs and brought down the wall. so I guess, we know who is really on the right side of things. the concept of a one world govt. is not really a scary thought. I even believe it's necessary lalo na ngaun na new age ideas seem to be pointing out that we are all connected in some way, and we as a human race should have a common goal for the next challenges to come.

Zeitgeist... never watched it... never will.. a horrendous piece of bullcrap, if you ask me.

Parts of Zeitgeist contain the same old 9/11 bull-crap conspiracy theory that we've been hearing over and over again. For that, this thread should be locked, already. It's tiresome to explain over and over again what idiocy those 9-11 conspiracy theories are.

The Kennedys? Good-looking, brash and reckless. Some of those accidents happened because the Kennedy men are full of bravado and courage. Hello? I see conspiracies because lots of rockstars die of "accidental" drug overdoses... it's a conspiracy!

    -----

RE: Communists. They were the bad guys in WWII. Before Hitler turned against them, they had a treaty with him... go ahead, wreck Europe... we'll just sit back and enjoy the fun. The Soviet Union was, at the time, already invading other small countries to expand their empire, and also had a small hand in invading Poland.

But there was no trust between Hitler and Stalin, and Hitler eventually broke their secret pact and commenced hostilities against Russia.

At the end of the war, there was no love between the Western Allies and the Soviet Union. They knew that the USSR was a danger to them due to a difference of ideaologies.

And as to how it collapsed... durh. Economy. Decades of incredible military spending, not backed up by any sound economic developments within Russia... a state which led to a degradation of infrastructure, living conditions, and etcetera etcetera... finally made the Union collapse upon itself.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

But there was no trust between Hitler and Stalin, and Hitler eventually broke their secret pact and commenced hostilities against Russia.

Hitler and his henchmen Rudolf Hess, and two other popular nazi leader, who lead his propanganda machine and war machine respectively, were all fascinated with the occult. just as the nazis were interested in tibet and and mysterious egypt, they were also interested in Russia. But i do believe I know why Hitler double-crossed the Russians. He knew that the Russians were a a threat to the Tibetans -> ang lapit lang sobra. Hitler viewed the Tibetans as his brothers - the descendants of the Aryan Super race. before the WWII, he commissioned a fact finding team of german soldiers and scientists and went to Tibet. dun mi-nesure nila ang sukat ng panga, ilong, mata ng mga Tibetans to make sure na sila nga ay ang long lost brothers.

Hitler also knew that aside from the Russians, the chinese were also a threat to the Tibetans. even up to recent events (as in 2 weeks ago lang), there is hostility between the Chinese Govt. and the Tibetans. that's why he made an alliance with the Japanese to form the 3rd group of the Axis powers. he wanted the Japanese to attack mainland china. he even claimed that the Japs were also of Aryan race descent. pero sabi sa world history, propaganda lang talaga ito talaga hehehe. would you believe, Hitler never met nor spoke to the Japanese imperial Emperor pero look at what he has achieved, talagang world war.

i never knew na may economy to begin with ang USSR. They were never capitalists in the first place. i always thought that the architect of the collapse was the man with the map on the face -> Gorbachev. the last leader was pro-democratic.

kasi if we are to accept the fact that the Russian economy collapsed bec. of their communist ideals then bakit ang lakas ng North Korea.

China lang naman ang exception sa mundo eh, communist country na nabubuhay parang kapitalista at the same time . just as our NPA's call themselves CPP then NDF. C as in communist and D as in democratic. dun pa lang parang hindi mo talaga seryosohin kung ano ba talaga ideals nila. kalito

RE: last Kennedy death. Exactly. This proves my point. Risk-taking behavior... flying a private plane in an area notorious for treacherous weather conditions is a risky business.

    ------

Bwahahaha... on Tibetans... OB... they have the same noses we do... Mongoloid race, not Aryan... sorry. Now if Hitler wanted to keep Stalin out of India... that might have some merit...

    ------

North Korea isn't... it's dirt poor.

The Soviet economy collapsed because their system was crumbling around their ears. When you waste more food through inefficiencies in farming, delivery and processing than you actually deliver to your people, you can't actually expect to keep a country running.

It's not the ideology per se. It's the fact that the Communist system is self-serving... only "the Party" ever gets any perks... and it's impossible to apply external controls to corruption and inefficiency within The Party. That's where a democracy is somewhat better. In the existence of a working democracy, corruption is kept to a minimum by external controls... it's not completely obliterated, but gross inefficiency and corruption on the scale seen in Communist Russia would have been limited by no-confidence votes during election time.

Gorbachev's role in the collapse was that he initiated reform. A reform that the party didn't want, couldn't condone, and couldn't accept. This reform was supposed to save Russia from its own sins, but in the end, Communist Russia didn't want to be saved. The hardliners wanted things to stay the way they were... and why not? They were the ones with all the wealth and power.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Hitler believed that his Germany or his so-called Aryan race were descendants of a once fabled lost city in the Atlantic. Ito ang paniniwala niya ever since - incorruptible super human race unlike the inferior ones like the jews, the blondes (yes the blondes he hated the hair color) and the blacks, the yellow race. in some myths, the survivors of the lost city went inward. these survivors learned a hard lesson, that the outer surface of the planet is too unstable bec. it's always under the mercy of weather and catastrophics conditions. just as what happened to this lost land na sobrang tagal nila itinayo pero was eaten by the ocean pa din.

so they went inside the earth and found out that there is a habitat there with a sun and of course, plant life. There are 2 main entrances to these so-called world within our world: North Pole, Himalayas. Buddhism is widely practiced in Tibet and Himalayas. The religion also originated here. Buddhism believes in a fictional heaven world within our earth. so it comes without question, that the inhabitants of these places were descendants of once superhuman Aryan race. that's why malaki ang interest ni Hitler sa mga tao dito. Hitler like us is also clueless on what really transpired in ancient times pero he believed it like God na yun ang mga ancestors nya.

in present times, there are 2 armies positioned there. The Chinese and the Indian Army. are these two at war? i think not. but why waste guarding a mountainous region and by two of the world's biggest armies pa. sayang resource d'ba but why? up until now.

the once fabled lost city was located in the atlantic ocean. also where the Bermuda Triangle is located, where all magnetic anomalies are happening. and where the youngest of the Kennedies mysteriousy crashed ...

yan contribution ko sa Zeitgeist hehehe. bec I believe in the powers that be ...

if there's one thing we should learn and know about the former Soviet Union is their success in efficiency. they were always first: first to mass produce nuclear weapons and first to put a man in space. in the space age wars, the Americans literally had to pretend that they were technologically superior than the Russian space program kaya puros controversy and problems ang inabot nila to keep up with the highly efficient Russians. pati tuloy yun Armstrong on the moon eh palabas lang and many others.

pero come to think of it, how come as early as 70's may Russian Space Station Mir na kagad nasa orbit natin lahat? pero the Americans manage to put a man on the moon but were not able to put a space station of their own sa sarili natin orbit. hindi ba ito necessary strategic move dapat knowing that another superpower enemy can literally orbit each of the world countries' airspace? what were the Americans thinking hehehe
