I enrolled sa gym, started kanina all went well nung una, nakakahiya ng malapit nako matapos bigla ko pinagpawisan ng malamig at parang hihimatayin, binigyan ako ng gatorade buti nag normalize. bumagsak ata sugar ko. tumatanda na talaga

January 5th, 2017 04:08 PM #27Did you see any stars/sparkles sir? Sounds like shock to me -- basically not enough blood/oxygen is reaching your upper body. First aid is to either lie down with legs/knees raised, or stoop over such that your head is under your waist, to let the blood flow.
