    not necessarily

    i have seen vehicles with more stickers in the US that are owned/driven by whites

    these stickers are the yellow ribbon, military service sticker, school dad/mom/alumni sticker, state stickers, "i support our troops" stickers, etc

    musical backing horn
    plastic puppies with heads bobbing on top of the dashboard
    too personalized almost violating their own privacy
    yes- dark tints even the windshield- trying to hide from people they owe money to, trying to hide fat or ugly girlfriend
    too much stickers on the windows to a point they obstruct visibility
    when the original or OEM horn is replaced by a louder horn
    too much fabric- seat covers, carpets and sometimes house doormat
    gold in color air freshener
