    hello fellow tsikoteers...sa lahat ng mga athletes, gym and aerobics enthusiasts...

    official product launching of POCARI SWEAT via aero marathon on sunday july1 at sm north edsa THE BLOCK activity center.

    invited po lahat kahit hindi member ng any sports gym.

    i am one of the participants who will represent slimmers world intl.

    cash prizes are at stake.

    there will be 2 categories..advance and begginers.

    hope to see you there.

    full marathon ba yan ( 42km ? ) or meron din 5km, 10km ?

    baka meron naman pwede mag organize ng Tsikot.com Fun Run?....or start ng Tsikot.com Running Club?...hehehe..pasali ha

    Di ko kaya full marathon, pero kung 5K fun run, OKS yan, fun talaga! Certificate lang na "finisher", oks na as souvenir, plus free donuts o POCARI sa finish line.

    seriously guys....its an aerobics marathon..3full hours of aero excercises...from hi-low to taebo to stuffs depende kung ano ang iapapagawa ng mga aero instructors..3 will command the 3hrs aero one from fitness first, one from gold's gym and one from slimmer's world..

    so guys kung may interesado dyan, you, your wives or gfs or friends...open po ito sa lahat....

    weird name for a sports drink though (though not surprising since it is a Japanese brand).

    hehe...food marathon after the aero pwede....

    yes its japanese at medyo galante sila..aside from pocari products giveaways..15k, 10k and 5k will be given sa winners ng beginner's category..

    25k, 15k and 10k naman sa advance category..

    by the way meron nga palang marathon sa umaga...i think from UP to the block lang..di ko alam ang details pero marami ring prizes para dun..
