siguro na-identify ng waiter na maid yung yaya dahil naka-uniform pa. if it is, maggie wilson is a hypocrite kasi kelangan pa ipalabas na may servant siyang kasama.

Personally , I be a servant just pay me really good, treat me fair and follow the labor law. After all, aren't we servants of our paycheck? Some of us are servants of their car.

Exactly! Never bought the idea of treating them like "family" it has always been employer-employee relationship.

If they're really being treated like a family then having them as maids or yaya to begin with is not how you treat a family member.

What do these family treating employer called their helpers' room? Maids' quarter diba? Or since they're a family sa kwarto rin nila sila pinapatulog with A/C?

This is true.

And besides katulong naman talaga and yaya ang trabaho nila anong mali if you treat them as such? Bakit malaking issue na kailangan family and treatment mo? If you pay them well, treat them fairly and give them all comfort for their jobs, masamang amo ka dahil hinde "family" Ang treatment mo? I just don't get it talaga.

As long as you don't abused them...it will always be a employee-employee relationship.

ha?

    Enough with the OT.

"family" is not the same as family. Wag literal, karamihan dito alam ang ibig sabihin nyan.

End the end this issue boils down to that idiot waiter.

Let's move on. Wala ring kasalanan ang waiter as he was just implementing the clubs policy.

I'm sure walang malice sa waiter nun sinabi niya yun to think he's "just" a waiter as well.

it's their way of accommodating their members na ayaw nga gumastos ng steak or lobster for their nannies. baka naman kung wala silang cheaper food for helps eh mag reklamo din si maggie consunji dahil steak and lobster din oorderin ni yaya, tapos automatic charge sa credit card nila eh diba nirereklmo din niya na dapat meron CC bago maka order.

mayaman naman asawa niya kaya nga niya pinakasalan eh, sana to make a point either they walked out from the resort as a sign of protest for treating their yaya unfairly or pumunta doon sa resto and inorder niya yun pinakamahal na food para sa yaya niya.

Iba iba po sir reaction kasi nang tao sa sitwasyon.maybe for a lot of us ganun gagawin.walkout na.but the mere fact she went to post this story means she is not happy with the way things happened.still she stood up for the nanny. Also sir,pls refrain to comment as to why maggie married her husband because we really don't know why. Pls do not presume things that we don't know about.baka po kasi makasakit po tayo nang ibang tao.

There are a lot of kinds of injustice sir.from the simple things like this story that means sooo little to most of us but still it is injustice sir. Hope you understand sir. Thank you

no she didn't. she just ranted on social media. sana she took it up with the management...well. we really didn't know if she did dahil hinde niya sinabi but I think kung kinausap niya yun management right there and then, na explain na mabuti and hinde na kailangan mag rant sa social media.

but shouldn't the proper way is to talked to the management first and sort out the confusion and misunderstanding? again ang sabi ng balesin its their way of accommodating their members to serve yaya meals, they also said they will happily serve if guests would order and pay steaks or lobster for their yayas but since I'm assuming maraming members nag request to have cheaper meals for their help and nannies kaya nagkaroon ng unoffical yaya meal...let's remove the word yaya sa meal...if they call it special chef's exclusive meal for distinguish family member...hinde na discrimination diba? naging issue kasi na tinawag na yaya meal ng waiter...ano ba dapat itawag para hinde discrimination?
