Been there done that..and in my opinion - i made the best decision.

Well...the philippines got lots of problems...most of them are so basic.

1. water
2. electricity
3. paved roads - and i mean decent ones
4. government
5. too much crime and violence

ok, ill stop here...too much to list.....
