for more than a week, and buong pamilya... no.

I remember before, some of my wife’s relations from the province would use our house as a stop over for a night or 2 (when I used to live in Cavite). It happened for a few months. I became a recluse, hiding in my room. The thing is, unless they are immediate family members, I can’t be myself & let loose in my own home. Nahihiya ako. I can’t just go down, raid the ref & eat whatever I want. Watch the tv shows I want cause they’re watching, lie down on the sofa with my legs spread out.

I remember before, some of my wife’s relations from the province would use our house as a stop over for a night or 2 (when I used to live in Cavite). It happened for a few months. I became a recluse, hiding in my room. The thing is, unless they are immediate family members, I can’t be myself & let loose in my own home. Nahihiya ako. I can’t just go down, raid the ref & eat whatever I want. Watch the tv shows I want cause they’re watching, lie down on the sofa with my legs spread out.

I think you're already set on allowing them to move in. Even your mom and aunt appear to favor that decision. That is why your mom passed on the decision to you so "you're it", can't blame them later.

So if you do let them move in, SET DOWN SOME RULES.
1. No barkada allowed
2. Thread lightly
3. Respect your privacy
4. No booze, no drugs, no cigarettes, no whatever you don't like, etc etc
5. They leave your fridge alone
6. Kids pitch in. Meaning they help out in the house, garden, etc.
7. Do not disturb you when you are waxing your car

I only see the kids during xmas, yung eldest na lalaki ang college na, 2 dalagita HS, yung bunsong lalaki grade school. Yung wife nya dati nagluto samin temporarily, pero di ko gusto luto niya haha

Pero I want the opinion of others kung tama ba decision ko kasi BFF ko contra talaga. And apparently the rest of the board no din.

Parati ko kasi naiisip yung mabuti ng ikaw hinihingan ng tulong keysa ikaw ang humihingi ng tulong

Convince mo aunt and mom mo na subsidized na lang nila yun rental. Hinde din pwede na kayo sumagot lahat tulong lang kayo but bulk should still cam from your driver.

Ganito siya, sa perimeter may maliit kami na gate to separate the front of the house from the back, pinagawa ko yan para kay fat lab, sa likuran kasi hindi na namin na maintain so marami siya pwedeng makain. I am okay as long as they stay on their side.
