    e kasi korea was a japanese colony for a long time, maybe they have assimilated the japanese expression "banzai" much like we filipinos have made the american expression "pak yu" our own. just thinking lang naman, maybe...

    okei nga ang korea eh - hit na hit sa gf at mama ko yung mga telenobela nila! :D yung mga pinoy telenobela daw walang kwenta, ang tagal ng pace ng mga storya at sobrang-dami daw ng characters & plots na di naman involved sa main story line. :D

    ayos...sana magising na mga pinoy....dapat naka-publish to 365 days a year sa mga daily news paper or gawing parang 3 o'clock habit para mapasok sa subconscious ng mga pinoy...hehehe

    The Philippines had it easy with the occupation compared to Korea in the last war. We were occupied by Japan for 3 years; they were occupied for 35 years. That was a lot of time for Japan to virtually erase Korea's cultural identity, burning many historical documents, banning the use of the Korean language and so on. Pero mas madali sa kanilang ma-restore yung national pride nila compared sa Pilipinas.
