    Ganito yan.

Meron honey tumitigas - crystallize honey.... mga sunflower variant yan.... I think mas mataas ang glucose kaysa fructose kaya ganyan. Sarap yan.

Sa supermarket wag kayo bibili ng palawan honey or cems honey... Peke yan.... Suka at asukal

Dunno if lapot-ness is an accurate measure, but what i do is take turn the jar upside down...if the bubbles rise up really fast, that suggests the honey isn't that thick.

dunno, mas lalo akong nagdududa if they put in the beeswax and even actual bees inside.

Sabi pa naman sa label "While other comparable honeys undergo "sterilization" and "filtering" Palawan Honey Queen retains the full freshness of pure bee pollen by preserving the honey scraps which are responsible for hte "clouding" in good honeys...."

After a while,- tumitigas ang honey na ito,- in room temperature, ha?

hmm, real honey does dry up after a while. Not sure about the nutrient content after it has dried, but u can just add water and eat it
