Why do people hate it when their car model is used as taxi

Before cruising along Taft Ave. in our FX, a barker tried to flag me down to get passengers, I waved him off, aba nagalit hehehe... deadma na lang ako.

One other time along Baclaran also driving our FX, someone opened our rear door trying to get in, sumigaw ako Huy! Private to! hehehe... pahiya si loko.

oh man. kakahiya yun ahahaha.

well, baket nga ba? ayaw nila mapagkamalang driver sila ng taxi?? or feeling nila na pang taxi lang pala mga rides nila. hehehe

This afternoon, while heading our way to Makati, we are cruising Roxas blvd, and noticed a white Toyota Innova. Hindi pa siya tinted, and I am telling to my sis-in-law na iyan ang pinalit nila sa Revo. Napansin lang namin, na loaded ng sakay yung Innova , then pag tapat sa Baclaran chruch, nag labas ng signage na "Lawton" yung driver ng innova.. Ginawa palang pampasada..Hehehe.. sa akin okey lang,, na gawin ito,, dahil ibig sabihin ,,may tiwala ang mga operator nito sa kakayahan ng makina ng mga sasakyang ginagawang public use..

I'll laugh hard when i see a car same as mine being used as taxi... if i have super dooper money i'll make this a taxi... para magulat yung mga tao... confiscate kaya nila?

... yung mga ilan taxi operator kasi dito ... hindi marunong mag-alaga ng mga unit nila ... kaya mukhang dilapidated at mukhang mumurahin ... car owners which work hard to get a car of the same model might feel bad kasi biglang cheapened ang ride nila ...

Sa sobrang daming cars that look like mine on the outside (silver vios), one being used as a taxi doesn't get to me anymore. however, i did make some mods to make it look different both inside and outside.

Its one of the reasons why we got a W123 and W124 because of their proven reliability not only as taxis but also in other fleet operations.

Wala namang problema sa akin kung may Pajero na taxi. So what?

yeah, they should be flattered that taxi operators choose their car, that means they believe in the reliability and quality of the car.

I don't mind seeing my car being used as a taxi. When i was in college i drive an ae111 xl pa. I just made some mods on it to make a difference. Siguro kaya mabenta toyota corolla xl that time is because of its reliability and durability. Isipin nyo kung gaano katinding torture ang naranasan ng taxi everyday.

Yung mga ayaw makita na naging taxi ang auto nila eh masyadong nagiinarte... Sabi nga ng tita kong balikbayan mayayabang daw talaga ang mga pinoy.
