So what's an effective deterrent to dogs pooping in a certain area? We have a vacant lot beside us and we have neighbors na nagpapatae ng aso nila sa sidewalk na tapat nung vacant lot na yun. May times na umaabot sa amin ang amoy at dumadami na rin ang langaw sa labas ng bahay namin.

Dun ako sa non-confrontational approach. Will bleach or some other cleaning agent keep the dogs from going there?
