    If the bollard wasn't there and they hit the pumps instead, I'm sure they will be complaining about the lack of barriers to protect the pumps, worse, complain that the pumps were improperly located.

    Parang yung Montero SUA lang. Blame the car for stepping on the accelerator instead of the brakes.

    Well, madami ako na encounter na ganyan mag isip. They always pull out the "sa US/ibang bansa kasi ganito".
    Well majority of DDS di pa nakapag abroad. Kaya madalas may ganyang logic ay mga feeling entitled nga na tao
