That's the entire point. Obviously if you compare it 8 Cuts it tastes like crap. But for people like me who've spent several years making do with Angel's Burgers, a 50 peso quarter pounder that doesn't taste like plastic is a quantum leap. [emoji39]
Charlie's for me is still the best. 8 Cuts is juicier but for pure taste alone, Charlie's wins. Plus they have really good sauces.
Burger Project is so-so. Burgers and Brewskies not as good as 8 Cuts but good enough to be considered a premium burger. Zark's is the equivalent of a muscle car, all power no finesse (in this case, meat overload with instant heart attack).

The best reasonably priced burger for me is Snack Shack in maguinhawa or UP but unfortunately I live in the other end of Metro Manila. At p135 nothing beats it at its price.
