During winter, when snow falls the temperature gets to be a bit warmer (a few degrees below freezing point, between 10 to 20* F). It gets really harsh after the snow fall when there is no more moisture in the air and the only thing left is just pure cold air. Temperatures could plummet to horrible conditions. In Upstate New York and Minnesota, this could mean like -20* to -25* F with windchill going down to -30* F or worse. It is a lot colder outside compared to the refrigerator freezer which is usually at -18*C or 0*F. Hehehehe

Wala naman. Brought my Tax Dec, they gave me a bill, I then paid at the cashier. In total, 45 minutes including pila since it was the last day of the 10% discount.

Lines at the cashier are longer than usual, parang Sunday grocery shopping, not a Saturday (if you get what I mean.)
And some shelves are empty. Nag-panic buying kaya mga tao?
