    sa LTO pasig river (beside post office), lahat ng bigay ay sa cashier. an hour or less, waiting time***, unless...
    my one gripe, is the sometimes-down internet.
    my other gripe, is the muddy parking ground when it rains.

    ***when i go, i already have tpl and emissions test result with me.
