    Baguio. Traffic was bad yesterday going up, took us 7 hours (5am - 12nn). Another friend left a few hours after (8:30am), took him 10 hours. But when my wife took the bus later in the day bilis ng biyahe niya. She left 6pm & arrived at 10:30pm.

    It is actually "build and they will come" bro.

    Two Petron stations both sides of C5 Extension.

    Then a grocery and a hardware store.

    A church.

    Pretty soon, a Mall?

    People will buy the lots in their subdivisions as the amenities are just a walk away...

    Cool strategy for someone with the resources.

    Yes, just go straight (stay on your left and go over the bridge crossing Sucat Rd).

    Then in about 2km you will see it on the left side. So make u turn on the first break of the center island, just before Golden Haven.

    Yup, iirc, there were accusations that Villar had a hand in c5 being constructed to traverse his properties.
