We don't have flexi. I came in 5 pm I didn't go to work from August 31 to September 5 but my boss in HQ emailed our VP in Manila not to count this as leave because I was working from home to which our VP in Manila agreed.

I am really lucky that I have super kind and understanding bosses. I only planned on working here for 1 yr but I'm now on my 8th My Mom is asking me to resign and go to the US but I have been delaying it because honestly I like it here. My friends told me our bosses lets me get away with a lot of sh1t :P

BUT when my boss needs me, I NEVER say no. Even if it is beyond my scope.

My boss calls me the evil queen and he said he is the mirror (from snow white) HA HA HA

But I told him he fits the "prince" better and he said OK

No way bro. Some guys I know even made money from their weddings. You can probably bring that down to even half that or even less. It just depends on how many people you invite, and what your definition of modest is. And how much work you're willing to do running all the suppliers through a fine tooth comb yourself.

~200 guests with the usual garden/events place reception I guess. I just heard the ballpark figure from my friends.
