Toyota Shaw. You have to schedule so that you'll have a slot in the express service when you arrive (if not you have to wait in que). this also only applies to PMs. If there's repair work or a problem to be diagnosed on the car, it will take longer and be done in a regular service bay.
I arrived at Toyota at 7:45am (my appointment was at 8). They worked on the car at around 8:20 already as there were scheduled cars ahead of me that were not yet done. The PMS was done by 9am. What took me long was waiting for the billing processing. I left the shop at 9:30am. I like Toyota Shaw though for they allow me to bring my oils and stuff.
