Bro.,- I have high personal and professional regards for Ms. Remo... Very straightforward, and yet very accommodating...

First few encounters were honestly a bit 'scary',- but still, I did not and will not use/(pull) my strings and went on with their prescribed process...

Technically,- everything makes sense. And bottomline,- it is for the safety and well-being of the occupants.

Very professional, very efficient, very accommodating, and very courteous!

This is the service that we want/demand as taxpayers from our government, right?
