i was at home, sick.
i was surfing cable tv.
i chanced upon this movie, showing a giant airliner smashing into the twin towers.
must be an old movie, i thought. medyo malabo, and had no special effects.
but the actor playing president bush was good. he looked like bush, sounded like bush..
i continued surfing, and wondered why the same movie was showing in the other channels.
suddenly, a spark of an idea lighted up, and a cold hand slowly crept up my spine...

I was in a bar that night(closed now, actually transferred location), saw it on TV and I thought America was under attack by a rogue military group, yun pala airplane ang bumangga.

I were having dinner outside kasi birthday ni wifey and then sa restaurant may TV and we saw a plane crashing into a building and we also thought it was a movie hehehe

Overseas and getting close to retirement. I was watching live footage of a fire caused by the first crash. At the time, people thought it was accidental caused by a light plane.

I was also making a CD disc backup of my stored data.

Was in California. Phones started ringing in the company house around 5am. Was watching one tower was burning on CNN, then saw live the 2nd plane hitting the other tower. The mood at the office that morning was very surreal.

I was in Japan on assignment, was having dinner with friends nung nakita namin sa news.

House. A friend called and told me to switch to CNN and watch NY was being attacked. then I realized my mom was supposed to be in NY during that week. So I called her and she's still.in CA, Shs postponed her trip to NY for the next week and will go to.vegas first with my cousin.
