I agree with Dampa or Tagaytay. It's a "must go" place for Balikbayans. Or take them somewhere they have not been to yet in the city. Yung bago pa like Uptown?

Punta kayo firing range. Fire some rounds. Like makati cinema square. Then nearby pa reserve kayo ng room sa isa sa mga izakaya restos. Have some sushi and japanese liquor!

I need help. I have 2 balikbayan friends who are in town and I feel like I need to bring them somewhere for a few beers on a weekday. Any suggestions? Yung relatively tahimik and maybe something different for thirty something year olds.

I'm clueless as I rarely go out nowadays and with a young family, malls and play places are all I know right now. Suggestions much appreciated.

for all you know, they are tired and would rather catch up on their rest.
if you plan on doing something without asking their preferences, you might both end up doing something neither really likes to do.

Uptown is nice, but last time I was there konti pa lang yung tenants. As much as possible I want to stay away from malls as the mrs. and I will probably go there with the kids eventually.

i had a balikbayan friend who likes getting a hooker in US. nung makauwi dito and found out how cheap hookers are here, namakyaw sya.

another friend, pagdating from airport (7pm) we 1st ate seafoods sa seaside bay sa mall of asia. then diretso sa city of dreams for some live band show and drinks. then diretso sa QC for massage at Nuat Thai to relieve some stress from the flight. we finished around 1am, hatid sa hotel nya.

Sarap ng buhay single. I wonder how much money I would've blown if I didn't get married.

dalhin mo sa waking tour ni carlos celdran sa intramuros. tapos kain kayo sa mga hole-in-the-wall eating joints sa binondo

or you can bring them to divi and greenhills for the tiangges. enjoy diyan mga dayuhan especially sa greenhills

They're not the type to go on tours. Food trip in Binondo sounds good though.

Somewhere with live bands and red horse beer.

Live bands is on the menu, but we're more SMB Pale Pilsen & SMB Light types.

That's the thing, if I asked them what they wanted we'd end up doing nothing. They're the type to ask what's available pick their preferences.

City of dreams casino, tagaytay, corregidor lapit lang, wensha, cockpit, motorshow ends on sept 18, luneta, manila zoo hehe wala nako ma isip. Mystique club pa pala.

Kung ibig mo sabihin ng tourist eh the likes of anthony bourdain or legit asian tourist eh bring them sa province sa mga natural resources.

Pero kung tourist like filipino balikbayan bring them kung saan didirecho yun dila nila like isetan recto, quiapo yun hindi sila makapagpretend/pretentious. Yung bigla sila mapapasigaw ng naholdup ako!!! Snatcher!!! Tulong!!!! hahahahahhaha

Example yung mga filipino american basketball sa PBA. Saan ka nakakita 10 years na sa pinas feeling martin nievera pa din.
