Hermano, I would like to take back what I said about Lian beaches being dirty.
Apparently I generalized it that much.
Yes, Matuod is tranquil, peaceful, and clean. I've had the chance to experience it firsthand yesterday. We were toured around various properties by an agent in the area, and there's this 3.2 hectare beach front property (with a seawall) that is for sale for a tear jerking 8 figures.
The hunt continues ...
