Stuck to the same job, position, office, officemate....

a professional. high midlevel management or low highlevel management in IT
tipong Project Manager/Business Dev Manager or kung ano man yun na may decision making responsibility with my own budget for the project and sariling team with sub teams na may kasama pang secretary :mrgreen:... ayos hehe

or may sariling business....kahit na ano basta kumikita!!

Hopefully I'll be having 25units of Apartment para maka pag retired ng mas maaga at mas bata sa work.

Sabi nga ni Robert K... kailangan maka escape sa RAT RACE???? yung nag basa ng RICH DAD POOR DAD Im sure alam nyo yon rat race :mrgreen::mrgreen:

sana...
- setup nang sariling business sa probinsya (bigasan, babayun and lending na rin)
- sana may pananim na yung binili kung lupa, then portion of it kailangan eh diversify dependent sa panahon/climate yung pananim
- mag aral nang automotive & setup my own shop, of course dapat mag start na yung off-roading ko

wag naman.
- nag mag trabaho pa ako rito habang buhay (dito sa ibang bansa).... kawawa naman yung mga anak ko isang linggo ko lang silang makasama every quarter.

at 1st nag hunos deli rin ako (wat a lingo) mag start nang lending pero nang makita ko yung real world. Geeezzz there is Bombay nag pa 5/6 & other folks who offer 10%. Kaya i start my own, i asked my in laws sa probinsya namin na puede akong mag finance somehow my interest lang na 3% then ipapahiram naman nila nang 5%. I think its fair naman, the thing is maraming lumilipat at nagpasalamat sa ginawa ko. Kaso nga lang cautious talaga kami sa mga ngungutang kasi lam muna yung iba pagdating sa bayaran pahirapan talaga. I'm in the process of introducing deferred payment, they even can get <2%/month. Pero limited lang ito sa mga naging good payor namin.

Tsaka i have a passion in food, baka mag tayo na rin ako nang sarili kung karenderia back sa probensya namin.
