Stretch your budget for decent non-China. Torque wrenches are precision tools and calibration certificate is a must. Taiwan's Toptul and Stanley 40-200N.m click-type is just around P3-5k.

Mejo top notch Japanese - Koken, Tohnichi. Mga American at Europeans overpriced.

So, maiiwasan kaya talaga yang soap scum if liquid ang gamit? Bumili ako ng tablets for washing machine daw sa Lazada but haven't tried it yet, vinegar nasubukan ko na, problem is you cannot see if there is a build up unless baklasin mo ang tub. Although, may nakita na akong flakes sa loob ng tub of our older machines.
