where to buy "tingi" hardware items?

are there any shops that sell PVC pipes, glass, etc na alanginin ung putol or quantity? Say you need a short length of PVC pipe...pag sa DIY shops kasi minimum ata ung 3 meters or so. tia

small scale hardware shops usually sell this.. yung hardware dito sa amin, nakakabili ng tingi-tinging pako.

and besides, nakabili na din ako ng 1 foot na PVC pipe.
