Where to buy fishing rod?

Pang relax lang every weekend, hindi naman pang sports, do you know where I can buy a decent affordable fishing rod?

Decathlon sports store at festival mall alabang. Dami nila fishing equipment doon at competitive prices

also thinking to buy a decent rod and reel(casting rod/reel perhaps). not into sports fishing either, lake caliraya siguro ang pinakamalayo kung sakali.
narinig ko na minsan na meron nga daw bass sa caliraya, which is confirmed naman ni shadow doon sa isang thread na meron nga bass doon. interesting.
and i want to try how is it fighting a feisty snakehead.
let's wait for shadow.

ang layo lang ng alabang sa area ko bro. been browsing at shopee & lazada lately at marami naman ako nakita doon. it would be an abu garcia combo, masyadong mahal compared sa shimano eh.
meron din saint croix at lew's rods ako nakikita doon.

Was in Caliraya last year, no more Bass, only small snake heads. The camp sites are already well developed, we had a blast!

Over fishing na caliraya lake then napunta sa lake lumot Then Pantabangan dam na ngayon for bass.

These are some or my artificial lures I uses for largemouth bass.

ako pag nauwi lang sa probinsya .bumubunot lang ako ng (BUHO) sa bakod saka tanse at taga,kapirasong tsinelas palutan,or christmas ball okey na.nakaka tanggal talaga ng stress.kasi malalaking tilapya ung nahuhuli namin sa ilog sa likod bahay lang namin.

shadow, meron na ako bait casting rod & reel.

question; kailangan pa ba talaga mag backing sa spool kapag braid line? meron kasi ako nakita sa YT nag uni knot lang sa butas ng spool tapos derecho spool na.

Sir, i would suggest go for local store para makita mo sa actual... may mga iba2 type kasi... depende sa ano type mo gamitin...

also, may reel kana po bah? Kasi rod lang hanap mo, if yes, dalhin mo yung reel para ikabit/test sa rod na choice mo...

mas maganda yung comfortable ka sa rod at reel mo while fishing kasi nga gusto natin ma relax kaya nag fifishing hehe... baka ma stress kapa if di mo type fishing gear na gamit mo...

Fyi lang, i used 4.5 meter na rod and .50mm line capable na reel... carbon fiber rod would be good compared to metal and i used the telescopic rod para isang bitbitan na lang... goodluck sir!
